I did not receive the product I ordered and did not receive a response from MYK Silk's support team.

The shipping did not take long and the way the pillowcases were wrapped was excellent.

Still waiting to hear back from someone regarding the order I received, which was the wrong size. I’ve sent several emails. And looking at the website there’s no way to reach anybody and there’s no instructions for returns. Other than to email you but you’re not responding. I would love to hear back from you to get this resolved.
