I was sent the wrong colors. I have tried emailing to address the issue. I have not received a response. I’m frustrated. Can someone please get back to me?

I needed to do a return. They asked me to submit it and they would let me know if it was approved. So far I have heard Nothing. Still waiting. Not good service. My hair is short and even standard too big for me.

So pleased with my upgrade to the 25 momme. The cotton underside is perfect to prevent sliding and the quality is just as good as the last time I purchased. My old 19 momme from this company has lasted 5 years with frequent washing and machine drying.

I was given a queen-sized pillow case instead of a standard that I had ordered. I would like an exchange and prepaid shipping to send back the current item. Otherwise, I like the color and the quality of the pillowcase.

Fantastic Luxurious Sheets! When it comes to luxury goods, I'm a cautious shopper. I like to be boujie on a budget. Authentic silk sheets (especially flat sheets) are some of the hardest things to find. Finding them on a budget makes the task even tougher. I've purchased sheets from dozens of brands, finding them to be flimsy or fake. MYK came through and I was jaw-dropped-in-awe when I opened the package. They stand their ground against my Blissy, THX, and Lily - at a fraction of the price. Just bought another two sheets today.

I just don't really like the color. It was labeled as "charcoal gray" and it's really quite brown. But it's a neutral, it's fine, and I'm keeping it. I do wish the color selection was better, though. The other one I have is pink stripes and I don't love pink LOL.

Not a comfortable fit and it shifts during the night. I had measured my circumference and this is the correct size but it’s just not comfortable.
