Excellent quality. The colors are rich and vibrant.

I liked the bonnet, but the customer service is non-existent. I emailed them asking why wasn't the free eye mask included in my $50+ order, it said "no code needed, free eye mask" and no one ever replied. The free mask is the reason I ordered $50+, I thought it was a great value.

1. Shipping took a long time. They didn’t initiate shipping until after I reached out 5 days after the order was placed. 2. The jumbo scrunchies are very tight. The elastic inside is too small and makes it hard to use.
