The guys who came were very professional and got our couch set up quickly.

I bought the leather version of this chair for my dad and instead a cloth version was delivered. It’s been weeks and we are still waiting on the leather one to arrive. To make matters worse I bought the chair so my dad would have it before a surgery and the response from customer service … sorry for the inconvenience here’s $50 dollars. That doesn’t even cover the cost of the botched delivery! After years of being a Bob’s customer this will be my last purchase.

Our sectional sleeper arrived in time, in perfect condition and the delivery guys were respectful and courteous.

It was an amazing first experience they even convinced me to get the batches it was quick friendly they offer ice cream cookies I met the manager coffee etc and they also deliver I have to worry about anything except for sitting down watching them putting my bedroom set together and it came earlier than I expected they said about 3:00 4:00 and it came around 12:00 so I was really happy about that I'll tell you what they were better than Ash at least
