Bob’s meet our need to quickly source a recliner for my brother-in-law’s new apartment in a very tight, 3 day window. Customer Service team extremely helpful and the Delivery Team were very professional and delivered/setup on time. The recliner was exactly what my brother-in-law wanted and he is happy with purchase! Couldn’t be happier, service was great from the showroom to my home!!! Communication with Delivery men was great, they were courteous, competent and punctual!!! Delivered on July 3rd , most others off for the holiday, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right! Great customer service

The white glove service was soooo quick and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Found a tear on the first chaise and they set up a replacement chaise a week later and I didn’t have to do a thing. Both Juan and Brian came in on respective deliveries and were in and out within 30 min. Incredible service!
