My shopping experience was quick and easy since I already knew what I wanted. We walked in and met with Laural. She was awesome. Got us rung up quickly. Offered us time to look around at other things. Sent me information on the Bettie collection sofas and chairs. We also got the “oops” 5 year protection. Great deal. The price for the furniture is extremely reasonable. They even have a cafe/snack area in the store. I’m so glad they came to the Fredericksburg area. The whole process from start to delivery was very professional and great. We will be back. They have such a great selection.

Delivery was great, couch is breaking in nicely

The purchase process was rather quick, professional, and simple. Everything was well-coordinated, and I had the option to take an earlier delivery than originally scheduled.
