Love Bobs!

No pressure shopping was great. We went in with ideas and pics from the online store but we decided to browse first. We were promptly greeted by a Bobs associate but he didn’t hover at all. He let us look around and then approach him when we were ready. He didn’t try to sway us to any particular item but he answered our questions and helped us come to our decision. Great experience. Bobs is our go to when we are looking for great furniture reasonably priced.

Shipping was about average cost and delivery was even earlier than we expected. The two men delivering were very courteous and knowable and put together and set up everything in a very short period of time. They tested to be sure it worked and was the proper distance from wall. Cleaned up all boxes and packing’s Very satisfied with product and delivery!

Fast, friendly but very professional, informative! So much so I gave them a cash tip!

My Family and I walked into Bob's discount furniture without thinking we'd walk away with anything , although we did walk in knowing that we were looking for bedroom furniture for my daughter and living room furniture for the house. Mourad greeted us as we walked in, and we told him, we're just looking and with that he let us just look. He didn't bother us, he didn't try to be pushy. He stepped away, nodded his head with a smile. As we continue to look, we were shocked at how beautiful the furniture was. How fantastic the prices were , and that we actually found several items we could have taken home. Mourad checked in on us after a while. And at that point , we were grateful for his interjection , as we had questions. He answered every question we had and showed us other options, and even my daughter, other things that she might be interested in. We made our decision on the blue couches and we made our decision on the bedroom furniture for our daughter. And at that point Mourad got the paperwork for my husband to fill out so we can proceed with the purchase. There ended up being an issue with my husband and the credit company needing more personal information. It was already nine p m at this point , which meant the store should be closed, Mourad and another team member stayed on without any frustration and tried to help us figure out what was going wrong. In the end , we figured out it was that my husband had one address on his license and a different address to where the furniture would be delivered. Mourad suggested that I try filling out for the credit and as luck would have it, I was approved and we were all very happy to say the least! Finally at nine thirty p m , we were all able to leave the store and I think we all left quite happy. What a wonderful experience!

From showroom floor to delivery, my experience was exceptional! Excellent communication, delivery was impeccable.

This was not my first experience with Bob’s Discount Furniture…which is why I chose to buy my new furniture here. As before the customer service was impeccable and follow up greatly appreciated. My delivery team was most gracious and friendly and knowledgeable about operating the controls. Again I’m very satisfied with Bob’s!

Found a few pieces to complete our furniture in our new home. Easy purchase process and follow up will th delivery scheduling. Great communication to let us know in advance the time table of delivery. The delivery itself was friendly and definitely white glove! Love our mirrors and furniture!
