Scheduled delivery only to have them tell me the day before it was on back order for 6 weeks. Then when it was finally delivered it arrived with a broken leg and I was told it was discontinued so couldn’t give me a replacement. So 2 months in and no chair. Terrible customer service, I was told different things from everyone I spoke to from bob’s. Never ordering from bob’s again.

Everything about our experience with Bob's was great. The sales. person was very knowledgeable. The delivery team went above and beyond our expectations. We will be back to buy a new dinning set.

I really like the couch so far ! However : The delivery men were rude, didn’t speak English, couldn’t take directions from my husband, took out my internet cable when backing up the driveway and didn’t report it on the form. I would buy from Bob’s again but I wouldn’t use their “white glove” service . I messaged customer service and it’s been a week with no response . So I am not happy about that .

We walked in the door and immediately greeted by Elizabeth who promptly directed us in the direction of our interests,,we found what we wanted among the huge inventory and Tyler handled our purchase from there. He accompanied us to the managers desk,we paid,we're thanked,and a few days later our purchases were delivered and set up bt 2 knowledgeable gents,they packed the cartons,we're very pleasant,,and our return to bobs is a sure thing, not to mention the great prices and high quality merchandise. There's absolutely no need whatsoever to search for any other furniture shops,,

Everything was easy, simple. We weren’t bombarded while we were looking and trying to see what worked best for us. Once we found the ones everything was quick and simple. Very smooth transition from beginning to end.

First time buyers here from Bobs furniture, and to say we were happy with our visit is an understatement. Emily helped us through the whole process with a wonderful attitude. She helped us select the right colors that would coordinate with each other. Our delivery was outstanding the two men were clean cut and very polite. They handled all our furniture with care.
