My shopping experience with Bob’s was quick and easy. That was mostly due to their helpful staff. The delivery crew was great! They were efficient, courteous, and kept me informed regarding my time of delivery.

Quick easy sale for the sales person.

Shopping was great. Delivery was rescheduled but they managed to do it on an open date for me. They require customer to keep a whole day open which is not easy.

We purchased the Loveseat and the Couch in Chocolate for our living room. We like how the couch has a fold down center console/drink holder. The loveseat is a glider/rocker. The furniture is comfortable and easy to recline. We did get the manual option so we wouldn't have to worry about power to the furniture. The price was great. Bob's offered delivery and old furniture removal!! We did pay extra for that, but well worth the cost, The delivery guys were awesome! They had the old furniture out and the new in within 45 minutes. This time included 5 pieces of old furniture being removed and 3 new pieces brought in and assembled. "We got the same couch but in Gray for our basement" We are very happy with our purchase! :)
