I’ve been wanting to replace my forty-year-old sofa for a long time. I have looked online and in stores to find one I liked that I could afford. I had never been into Bob’s before so I thought I’d check it out. I found this sofa almost immediately and knew it was perfect. And the price was so reasonable. The salespeople there are friendly and helpful. The sofa wasn’t due to be delivered for another three weeks or so, but it came to the warehouse early and they called me to arrange an earlier delivery date. Great customer service. I love the sofa! I smile whenever I walk past it because it’s improved the look of the den so much.

My experience with shopping at Bob's was a great one. The store was well laid out and all the sales folks were super friendly. With a few simple questions the rep was able to direct us to the exact furniture we wanted and unfortunately the one we really wanted was out of stock (color) and he wasn't pushy at all, gave us some space to talk about it amongst ourselves and we decided on a secondary color since we loved the Athens set so much. Check out was a breeze and the manager was pretty nice as well. Delivery was quick at this store, maybe less than a week and we had our new furniture. Would recommend this store to everyone.

Delivered and set up by “White Glove” service. My wife told them it was not plumbing and it looked like it was crooked. They “fixed it” and apparently crooked is how it’s supposed to look, not thrilled with it.

Had a great time in the showroom we knew exactly what we were looking for we found it just needed to figure out the color. Our sales person helped us out with that. It would’ve been nice if the sales people that weren’t involved in the sale weren’t sitting on the one display of the couch, but they moved after a few minutes of noticing we were there. The delivery team was absolutely fantastic came in quick and efficiently put the couch together Asked us how we wanted it set up.

I am very pleased with Bob’s furniture. The quality of their furniture is unbeatable for the price. The drivers were on time, put together my couch and even took away the trash I would definitely recommend Bob furniture to anyone
