After nearly 4 weeks of waiting to hear if the sectional we ordered had arrived, I decided to call on a Friday evening. I was told it had arrived that day but no one had contacted me. The next day I went to my scheduled 11am pick up appointment and was asked to see my paperwork. I ordered online and everything was electronic so I had no paperwork. Another employee eventually brought back all of the paperwork for the pickups that day. One employee alone had to dig through a truckload of furniture to find the 2 pieces of the sectional. It took some time, as you can imagine. I then helped him load both pieces onto my truck. Everyone at the store was very nice and helpful. After getting the sectional home and removing the cardboard from the ends of the sectional we noticed a corner had been scraped through the slit in the protective cardboard and the material was missing, exposing wood. Since the damage is on a back corner of the long piece, we've decided to keep the sectional, although we're very disappointed, of course. Possibly using solid pieces of cardboard instead of ones with slits would be more protective of the corners. Overall, this was a good experience and we would buy from Bob's again. The sectional was affordable and is comfortable. We hope it lasts our family for a long time.

We actually stopped by to follow up with them just this past weekend; both remembered us and asked how we were liking the furniture and rugs we'd bought from them. And when we had a problem with one piece of furniture, other team members were incredibly helpful as well. Thanks to the Winchester store team for being amazing. We'll be back for sure.
