I must say hands-down Bob’s furniture is definitely truly one of a kind store/Web to shop. I went into the store and tried out a couple of dinette sets. I mix the match the chairs to my liking and Bob‘s customer service. I was able to accomplish my goal purchasing a dinette set with six chairs in addition to that purchase I also purchased to queen beds that I had no intentions on buying but because of the great customer service I have received thank you Christine in addition to this purchase I also got assistance with signing up for the Bob‘s credit card in which I had to pay zero dollars down and got 12 months free interest I am glad I had the representative that I had to help me. I am definitely a happy camper and will be a continued Bob’s furniture customer moving forward. I had been in the market for a couch and love seat for about 6 mos. I had visited several stores within the vicinity and made one last stop at Bob’s. As I entered the store, a salesman approached me and assured me that I could roam throughout the store without hassle. I eventually saw the couch and loveseat, in the color I wanted and the price fit my budget. Eric, the salesperson inquired if I had found something I liked. I told him yes. Within minutes, the sale was done, delivery date scheduled and I am now enjoyed my new sofa and loveseat. My only regret, that I didn’t get the chair. 🙂
