Very Professional

The first delivery went well except for the wrong part was delivered. We contacted Bob’s & they saw the mix up. A new delivery was scheduled to swap out the mixed up pieces. This delivery crew was a bit rougher. They dropped the pieces on our new tile floor. Luckily it didn’t not crack! So far we have been very pleased with our decision to purchase from Bob’s. But please a bit more care with proper training your white glove crew.

I love this bean bag! So cozy. The two men that delivered it were so kind and didn’t complain about bringing it up some VERY steep stairs.

The family is in love with the Bob's sofas that were delivered. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The salesperson was wonderful in explaining all of the details to us when we arrived and ultimately selected the Trevor sofas. The delivery people were top notch and showed up on time and were in and out within 30 minutes including install. Will definitely be shopping here again for whatever our next needs will be!

Great service

After choosing our forniture we were ready to pay. I went to use my credit card because zI said I had a daily limit on my debit. She said she would run my debit and ssid it went through. It did not. This caused me to return to the store(not in our area) the nexr day to pay by check,just hours after my mom died. This also changed our delivery date ,which we had already planned to miss work for. We were charged for furniture removal,there was none. The chair arrived damaged. As of yet,no refund or word on the damaged chair. Not impressed.

Great place and amazing workers!

We love our new loveseat from Bob's. Delivery was on time and they put it together for us, and even put our furniture sliders under it for us (so we don't scratch our hardwood floors). The purchase process was easy. The only negative was the long six-week wait for delivery, but other than that, everything was wonderful.

I really love shopping at Bob's. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Also, the furniture delivery men were both very good
