The shopping experience sucked. The delivery sucked the delivery. People came to install the furniture act like they had no idea what they were therefore no call or text so that they were on their way. Showed up at the house to find out they were about to leave without any type of warning that they were there then they got in the house and acted like they didn’t realize that they were supposed to be taking out the old furniture, then they cursed and the whole delivery and everything about this sale sucked and definitely will not be back last time we had a delivery. We said that we weren’t gonna come back. We tried to give them one more chance, and it sucked also, so definitely will not be going back.

Delivery was great , white glove for sure. Ordering was a breeze, emails updated on Delivery. Will buy from again!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bob’s Discount Furniture. Between a couch and a mattress and bedframe with stands, I’ve invested nearly $9,000 with this company, and the quality and customer service have been unacceptable. From the very first delivery, there were issues. The second delivery We paid for White Glove Delivery, expecting our furniture to be brought into our home and set up. Instead, the delivery driver initially refused to bring our bed inside because he pointed out a slight color variation. I explained that it was the color we intentionally chose, but he said they “didn’t really have time” because they were behind on deliveries. That’s not the level of service you expect after paying extra for White Glove Delivery. i argued with him until it was brought in and set up dents were put In my freshly painted walls my pictures were knocked down and busted and the customer service told me there was nothing they could do Once the mattress was delivered, it was far firmer than expected. The salesperson assured us this was normal, told us to walk on the mattress to help break it in, and said it would soften after a couple of months. We trusted that advice. Now, nine months later, the mattress is still rock hard. Both sides feel the same, despite being sold as a dual-comfort mattress one side soft one side firm. Instead of improving my sleep, it’s caused ongoing back pain, poor sleep, and I’ve even had to start seeing a chiropractor. When I reached out for help, I was told nothing could be done because I’m outside the 90-day comfort exchange period even though I only waited because I followed the advice I was given by their salesperson. Had I been told the mattress wouldn’t improve, I would have reported the issue much sooner. To make matters worse, our couch is already falling apart as well.
