You could’ve done a lot better

Had a little trouble connecting eith delivery people. And the one guy took mattress to the wrong floor of my apartment building and couldn't remember where it wss.

We had a very nice experience at Bob's. It may have been a little less hectic if we had not gone during MA's Tax Free weekend, but all in all it was fine. Plus we had the pleasure of dealing with one of their wonderful Salesmen (JAROD) who was "great". !

Absolutely love our new couch and love set. We purchased it in the grey with power reclining. The couch is so comfortable and bonus having the USB ports for charging our phones while relaxing. The service at Bobs was above and beyond from walking in the door and being greeted by our sales woman to delivery, our entire experience was exceptional. We will definitely make Bob's are go to store for purchasing future furniture.

Great delivery. All pieces look incredible in the living room. The movers were kind and considerate of all the items I had ordered.
