The salesperson was very helpful and was attentive without being overly so. We probably wouldn’t have actually purchased the Canyon set if Stephan hadn’t been working. He was so relaxed and knowledgable that we decided to go ahead and buy the set. It’s very nice and I hope to have it for a good while. The color wasn’t as vivid as the countertop table next to it but I like the table and chairs very much. I’m happy with this purchase.

I went in store and fell in love with this bed frame. The employees were very kind and helpful. I ended up ordering online the next day and it was delivered the following week. Super quick and easy process. The delivery guys called ahead of time to make sure I was home and ready for the delivery. They walked me through the process and were very helpful. They came and set up my bed frame where I wanted it and they were very quick and efficient. I highly recommend purchasing from bob’s furniture. After all of the troubles I’ve had with NFM, bobs furniture is my family’s go to furniture store.

My husband and I purchased two dressers for our granddaughters. Both were. delivered, and a leg was damaged on one of the dressers. . The men who delivered the furniture to our home were very kind and helpful. They told us that we would be able to order a new dresser and receive it within a short time span. We did! Less than an hour after the incident, a customer service rep called me from Bob’s furniture to set up ordering a new dresser. That new dresser was delivered in less than a week. The whole experience was absolute perfect perfection: the two sales representatives we talked to went out of the way to help us when we were looking for dressers; the quality of the dressers is very nice; we received constant communication days in advance and up until the delivery about the timeframe for delivering our furniture, and yeah, and all 4 delivery men were top-notch! When I need new furniture, I will certainly go to Bob’s Furniture!

The guys that delivered this item were fantastic !!! The TV stand itself, is lopsided but I'm not bringing it back, to much like work.

Although the incorrect chairs were delivered when I reached out to Bob’s, they were able to correct this right away, and I am still pending that portion of my order to arrive. They are picking up the incorrect chairs when they deliver my order later. The table is perfect and exactly what I want and needed for my living space. Customer service was fast, respectful, and kind. Would definitely purchase from them again.

The delivery crew was awesome

The delivery was on time and the guys who came to put it together did so quickly with no issues. The couch itself has been comfortable so far. Satisfied
