Sales people

The delivery drivers were very polite and efficient. I did not opt for the option that includes the delivery drivers setting up the furniture. Although I can say they were very gentle and nice. I wish I could get those same delivery drivers anytime I ordered furniture to be delivered to my place. Thank you, Bob's Furniture, for your amazing customer service!

From the minute I walked in till I left, I was happy with my service at the somewhat new store in Dorchester, Mass. The delivery was excellent as well.

I love my furniture and tables

I am not comfortable doing two things, setting foot on a car lot or entering a furniture store. In both cases at least one salesperson JUMPS when you walk in. BUT, I needed a new sofa, and had a limited budget since I retired last year. A friend told me about her good experience with Bob's, so my son and I ventured in. We were met in short order, but not " jumped". The salesman was polite and not pushy. I told him what I needed, and my budget, he guided me to the right areas and then LET US look alone. Now and then as if perfect timing he reappeared to see if we had questions, actually I did. I found the perfect sofa, for the perfect price in just the right colors. Checking out was a breeze and my new sofa was delivered a few days later by equally professional polite movers. Thank you, Bob's, for such a painless shopping experience and quality furniture. My sofa is SOOO comfortable and pretty!!

First delivery February 19, damaged. Replacement March 5 couldn't come off the truck, also damaged. Next delivery "requested" for March 19 is a maybe, but I still need to take a third day off to take delivery. If the request is denied, I have to wait until April.

We had an amazing experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture! John helped us through the entire process and truly made furniture shopping enjoyable. He stayed on top of everything, walked us through all of our options, and explained the differences so we could make the best decision without feeling overwhelmed or pressured. Not feeling pressured was huge for us. His attitude made the whole experience smooth, easy, and honestly really fun. And we are absolutely in love with our new couch. The quality is fantastic and it’s incredibly comfortable. It instantly became everyone’s favorite spot in the house. We joke that we can’t wait to just rot away on this couch because it’s that cozy! Delivery was also excellent—fast, clean, and completely non-invasive. The team was professional and respectful of our home, and everything went perfectly. Overall such a great experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to John and the team—we’ll definitely be back!

I have always wanted a matching bedroom set and I now have it. We purchased the bed a year or so ago and fell in love with it so saved up to get the rest of the set. It is very well constructed; the color is awesome. It is going to last me a lifetime. Your delivery crew was awesome, very pleasant, dressed very professional and right on time.

I bought a Bobopedic mattress a few years ago. Unfortunately, it developed some sunken areas. I went to the store, they looked me up, got me set up with a new mattress and arranged delivery. An exceptionally easy process and excellent customer service!

This was my first time going to Bob's Discount Furniture. I've had the same bedroom set for 30 yrs. I found this beautiful Bettie bedroom set. It was affordable, the sales person was extremely helpful and only showed me what was in my price range, which I appreciated more than anything. From start to finish, the process was seamless. My husband and I had the best furniture store experience ever. The manager of the store, Michelle, as well as all the other employees were wonderful. We bought two of these chairs and they are so nice. Also, the delivery guys were the best. They took great care. They were polite. They were quick. Everything was awesome!!!
