Great bbq

I love my Monument grill!!! This is my 2nd one, I loved the 1st one so much but after 5 years we were ready for a new one and we bought the same one again.

Everything came in a timely manner and the packaging was very sturdy. I like how light weight the grill is for moving around my patio. I know some of this is on your website; however, a booklet with pictures on how to use drip pans to prevent flare ups, smoker boxes, as well as a few starter recipes would be an added bonus. 4 vs 5 stars because the emails about items being shipped and received was very confusing due to my order having 5 boxes arriving at separate times from different places.

Love the grill. Had a low gas pressure situation and they promptly sent me a new regulator which solved the problem. Thanks

The packaging was ok. Four of the pieces I received were damaged, two were bent and 2 had minor dents.

I bought the D400SS from Menards. I did a lot of research and decided to give Monument Grills a shot. We do a lot of neighborhood grilling so this grill will really need to shine, and so far, its great. I selected this 4 burner grill for the stainless steel and the searing side burner. The grill is very stable when moving it around. It takes around 10 minutes to get to 500°. The searing side burner is great for Reverse searing on the grill. There was a problem with my grill grates that I didn't notice until my first cook. I contacted Monument through their website and they replaced the grates immediately. Fast shipping on the replacement parts. They have a huge selection of parts available on their website. We have grilled several times since we've owned it and it does great. As with any grill there will be a learning curve with any hot spots, colder areas, etc. Keep up the good work Monument Grills. Thanks

The instructions in the booklet could be improved very confusing. Video is better. The side panels for both sides should be one piece only and not 2.

I got a Denali 605, which is great! If I could upgrade it into the Denali 605PRO I would. I just did not research enough. Get the PRO!
