Customer service was excellent. Gave me the correct item to order for my particular grill and it came quickly.

I had to buy a new cover because the one-year old cover stuck to the top of the grill. The cover ripped when attempting to pull it off. Not sure why, but if this is a recurring issue, the company may want to look into the issue.

Design is elegant, easy to assemble and holds up well. Has a lot of power and heats up fast. However there could be some improvements. When the lid is open the smoke billows out into the chefs face. The food catch at the bottom is too close and it caught fire on only my third use. Would love to have some lights inside to really see what is going on though the window.

Great product for great price. Instructions were fine. Delivery had a slight issue as the shipping label was not readable, but Monument quickly remedied. All good.

Really nice grill!

Good quality grill, easy enough to assemble and it seems to be made from good quality components. Mine does heat a little unevenly, with there being two hot spots in the middle and cold spots everywhere else. But I’ve learned to work with it and it doesn’t cause me any issues.
