I received the grill very quickly!

parts arrived quick packaged very good no trouble putting bbq back together

Everything went fairly smooth until I went to hook up the grill to the outside gas cock. Easy assembly with excellent directions to put it together but adjusting the doors was not so easy. Also no mention of the button on the side to turn the light rings on and off. My outside gas cock which 1/2 inch and the hose connector coming out of the bbq was 3/8ths so I needed a reducer to connect the hose to the gas cock. Would have been good to know beforehand. Otherwise it was all good.

Boxes came with slight damage, and the tape was open lon one end. Ended up missing two small parts. Those shipped quickly when discovered they were missing.

Ordering on the website for the grates was a little confusing. So I paid for and was sent too many. But when called they took care of the return and refund. There’s a chat for questions but I found out it’s AI, and it was wrong. Don’t chat! Talk to a real person!

This is my second monument grill have one at each home and really like it. My first one is 2 years old and that is why I bought one for second home when the one I had not a monument at second residence rusted out as really like the monument grill

Great grill

Arrived earlier than expected. Packaged smartly, and online video made assembly a breeze. First grill was steaks and baked potatoes…excellent sear snd even cook. Temp sensors made it easy.

Supper great, interesting you have to buy the whole unit to get a new burner element but after seeing backorder for 2yrs it was worth it. Please email me when or where I can get replacement burners tubes for the main unit? joefallert@outlook.com

A breeze to change this out. I really didn't need a new one. at one point I couldn't get gas to the burner. thought it was a blown regulator. no it was the igniter. Work great now
