Well packaged, tracking let me know where it was and when it would arrive. Arrived quickly and was exactly what was expected.

My grill is only a year old and needed new grates. Also, I think my Mesa 415BZ has been discontinued. Monument was initially out of stock of them so I had to wait a while to order them. It makes me wonder if monument will even carry those grates or other parts for my grill in the future.
