Great product. Easy to assemble. Works great.

Product was exactly as described, arrived safely and on time!

Great Performance

They got here just in time!

Great quality product so far. I like the stainless fire box and hope it holds up over time. The installation instructions were lacking: 1. There was nothing to indicate which box contained the various parts. 2. The parts and the boxes in which they came were also not marked. Both of these items made it take longer to assemble and otherwise solid product.

Shipping was good. I think the packaging was a bit much (it took me 2 garbage days to get rid of all the styrofoam, wood, and cardboard...). But to be fair, everything arrived in good shape, so I understood.

Excellent company

I really like my new grill. I like the way it cooks holds the heat and works just fine.

East to order parts

Wish the screen still worked

Very responsive and helpful team. Nice, nice products.

I appreciate the FaceTime with Jose. I got it installed once I git the new starter. He was very helpful.

The original purchase was missing a part but I was able to get it thru Customer service/warranty

I contacted customer service because I needed a replacement part for my sear station. They made it super easy by emailing the link for the part needed. It arrived quickly and was easy to install!
