Love it!

All was good with the ordering part but I haven’t assembled yet as it was a Christmas gift.

Ordered party as a gift. They arrived and worked as they should have.

Process was easy and despite being Christmas, the grill shipped quickly and was received on time. But I can’t give a great because the grill was damaged in transit and because it was a gift, my son has to register the grill before they can process a claim. The grill was a gift for my son and before they can process anything I had to send the receipt which of course slows the process. My son sent in the information required and now just waiting on the process. Understand you can’t control shipping but maybe you can relook packaging so hopefully this won’t happen in the your future shipments. Hopefully the process is smooth and the damage piece (base) can be shipped out quickly so my son can use the grill. My neighbor has same grill, but earlier model, and they’ve been using it for over ten years. I was so impressed that they are still using it, because none of my past grills have lasted longer than three, and this was the main reason I decided to go with Monument this time. Fingers crossed. 🤞

Excellent experience, great communication with updates and tracking. Incredible grill with very detailed instructions for assembly. Had no need to contact customer support but from all the reviews I read before purchasing I am assuming they are great as well.

I purchased a six burner Monument grill over six years ago, and cooked on it at least four times a week. The only problem I ever had was running out of propane, and an extra tank fixed that. After cooking well over a thousand meals it was time to replace some parts. If I had covered the grill and kept it dry every time I used it I probably wouldn’t have needed to replace anything. Everyone I spoke to was both very friendly and very helpful. As a customer, I couldn’t ask for more. I got explanations verbally as well as through videos and written instructions. Parts shipped fast Five stars for sure.

Grill was easy to put together. The heat is even with minimal hot spots. Great grill for the price point!

A number of Monument people helped me out deciding which parts I should replace on my six year old six burner grill. Everyone gave me good advice and didn’t rush through the call. I received instructions and videos for replacing burners and requiring igniters.

I find the app difficult to find what I need. The sizes weren’t in inches, so it made it difficult for me. I did manage to find what I needed and was able to get the right size for it to fit perfectly and the delivery process was great thank you.

My wife and I received the grill in great shape. We watched the video on you tube and had it together in a hr or so. I have used it and it was worth every penny.
