Overall experience has been excellent up to now, about two weeks and three uses. Assembly was easy and instructions were clear.

Good customer service. The product was just a little different, but still Worked.

Fairly detailed printed manual that was nicely supplemented by the on-line assembly video. The one area of improvement would be an enlargement of ignition cable connections. The Seer Side paddle connector was not clear and video obscured by technician gloves. The extra bag of parts. . . . you know me. . . nice touch and all to be done with a single Phillips screwdriver. . . . Bravo

Came shipped in two very hardy boxes.

All good so far

Shipping was fast, glass fit great,I am very happy. i can start cooking again. thanks

excellent service and great product

Excellent customer service

Fantastic. Nothing else to add.

We love everything

Great value

Had to order replacement flame tamers. Hate shipping costs but pieces are what we needed and installed easily.

Easy assembly great grill

I wanted to close up the back side and this was a perfect fit by taking off the upper bar just under the grill box. I placed it with the vents up, which lines up the lower bolt holes. I fastened it with short machine screws then used heavy duty magnets at the top to keep it closed, but can also open it like an oven door and access the grease tray. Perfect fit.

All good. Great addition to my cooking experience

Product as expected

Shipping was incredibly fast! Awesome gas grill!!

As always when I order parts for my grill from Monument. . . . . easy to find and order, good value for the price, speedy shipping, and another high quality part arrives!

Grill working perfect again thank you

I spoke to the rep on the phone. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. She knew exactly what I needed for my BBQ and had it ordered for me in minutes. Great customer service. A Canadian customer was very satisfied!!!!
