Our dinner plates arrived broken7 out of the 8 ordered arrived broken. I am awaiting the replacement. The bowls, quarter plates and cups are beautiful 💖

Love these dishes! I had ordered a set of four (among four each of several pieces) and only received one of the pasta dish. As soon as I let customer service know, they replied and sent me four more. Wonderful customer service and beautiful dishes.

I was shipped the wrong bowls. 2 weeks after contacting customer service I’m still waiting for the shipping details on the replacement items.

Buying and shipping worked easily. We had some shipping damage, but they replaced the broken pieces easily and quickly.

Perfect size for soup, ice cream or an extra large cup of coffee. Matches my trellis dishes perfectly!

I give you a one star because of your customer service agent refusing to honor your policy of 100% satisfaction. I was wanting to return the item due to not being able to use it because of its size. I would not recommend your website to anyone.

I love these plates. They are beautiful and classic. Being bone china they are thin, lightweight, and elegant while still being durable. Mikasa customer service was also easy to work with and responsive to our small issue (black spot on 2 out of 16 plates
