If you are buying these to match older Mikasa Italian Countryside plates you have, note that the color is significantly darker than the original plates. Makes me sad because I loved the color of the original plates.

With all my orders, pretty good. Everything was nicely packed, no issues with any of the products. My only "complaint" was my very last order of bowls took much longer than it should have or was use to. Even with the end of the holidays it took several more days than expected or reported. It "sat" in CA awhile. Overall, very happy with Mikasa, so I consider that just a "bump in the road" as a customer
