Items have not arrived almost a month after expected delivery date. Customer service entirely unhelpful in following up with shipper or agreeing to send a replacement for the lost package. I’m out several hundred dollars, no items, no real company response or indication they will take any action. 0/10.

Beautiful creamy white in color. Lovely simple design.

If zero was an option, that would be what I picked!!! I ordered Crystal wine, glasses and receive plastic. I was told that’s what I ordered. Then I was told we don’t have anything plastic. These classes are the worst wine glasses I have ever seen embarrassed, but it cost more to send them back because a return policy sucks.

I have been a Macasa fan for decades. My bone shine dishes. I use every day. I have several sets. The accessories that you always have is exactly what I’m looking for. I love Mikasa and that’s all you’ll find in my kitchen.

If you are buying these to match older Mikasa Italian Countryside plates you have, note that the color is significantly darker than the original plates. Makes me sad because I loved the color of the original plates.
