I bought this pattern when it first came out; the lines and pattern were crisp and clear. Now they aren't. I don't know what happened, but I'm disappointed

I love the shape and size of these plates. But they scratch very easily with flatware And I can't get the marks off. Very disappointed.

I ordered two sets of cups and plates, and two of the cups arrived cracked. I submitted the order, sent them photos, and wrote that I had a problem with the damaged cup, but no one responded.

I have probably 90% of the French countryside pattern. The only reason I don’t have the remaining items is I won’t use them in my lifestyle. Good quality and beautiful. But I am returning. The day I was putting them in my cabinet after just being delivered I received an email for 35% off a new purchase. I called to see if it could be applied to my pasta bowls and they said no. It didn’t matter I had just received. So this made me upset. So these pasta bowls are being returned.
