Mikasa is still a wonderful product and the only criticism I have is their packaging is not very good. But all in all I absolutely love this pattern and the durability of it.

Had a very good experience using the Mikasa site. The dishes came well packed, no broken or chipped pieces. We did pay extra for 2 day shipping, but they were received a day late, hence the 4 star rating.

So far, so good. They are a lovely shape. I had trouble with some of your smaller mouth tall glasses. They would frequently break in the dishwasher. I hope these are less fragile.
