We love Italian Countryside. We’ve been using it since we got married in 1999. We will be ordering more soon to replace some pieces that are chipped. I’m so happy you still make this pattern! It’s a classic.

I didnt like the cups as much - they are ticker and bulkier than expected.

A broken plate arrived in the delivery but the claim process was fast and efficient. The replacement plate arrived faster than expected

The first basket I received was damaged due to the UPS handling, the replacement came in perfect condition and it is beautiful.

Much lower quality now than this same design from years ago. Glass is so thin that you can tell that it will break easily. One glass cracked just when I slid ice into it from a plastic ice scoop. So disappointed because the design is great but they took cost out by making the glass so thin. Do not buy,

My replacement Italian Countryside plates are very disappointing. I originally purchased a set of 12 sometime in the 1990s. The replacement plates are heavier and the imprinted design is not nearly as crisp and visible as my original plates. The new plates are a poor copy.

Hands down, Mikasa creates lovely pieces - that flirt with a 'high-end' ambiance, and yet offers them at attainable prices.

I ordered directly from Mikasa and came no problems at all. But, first order was through Walmart and shipping date was continuously changing for later dates. Did not get dishes for like 3 weeks after first delivery date!!!!!
