No shipment updates or accurate tracking, said to arrive july 30th, still no plate and only a partial refund and still no updates about my item.

Really great customer service and excellent packaging. I'm so excited about this collection it was a great price for all the pieces. I had a flaw in one of the bowls and they didn't even hesitate to send a replacement from the photos i shared. It was really appreciated and their response time was super prompt. I have been waiting to order these for a year and finally got them and couldn’t be happier

The final two items in my order never arrived. I wanted them, and still need them. It took a lot of back and forth to get a resolution from Mikasa and they credited me back the purchase price. What I wanted was a replacement sent out in an overnight or two day mailing. So, I gave a refund after weeks of waiting and still need the items that never arrived.

My dinnerware is gorgeous, everything is so pretty.

When I didn't receive my order order (lost somewhere?), I appreciated a replacement order being sent promptly. Thank you so much!

No problem with Mikasa other than trend of manufacturing to be of lesser quality.

Found the first set in a local store. Had to have more as we usually have more company for dinners. Found on Mikasa website easily, got a discount and no shipping costs. Would have liked delivered a bit faster (took 10 days) but patience is a virtue!
