The design is not as pictured and the cost to return is too high. I will not be ordering from mikasa again.

Very convenient and attractive for summer use, these pasta bowls passed both the microwave and dishwasher tests over the past two weeks. Glad I bought them. Will keep adding other items to my colly.

Great brand but very slow shipping

The glasses were delivered early. Nice surprise.

Customer service was the worse experience I have ever encountered. He was rude, argumentative, and had zero concern to my inquiry/questions. He was only concerned with telling me I’d have to pay for the return shipping; even cutting me off & raising his voice as he repeatedly said this. He had made me feel very uncomfortable and I told him I will never buy MIKASA products again because of his attitude.
