Great quality! Love it!

Shipping was slow. But overall we like their products.

Perfect size, beautiful finish and weight!

Love the Trellis collection.

The delivery was on time except for the two serving pieces. I sent a request for information to Mikasa and they replied the next morning. The missing pieces arrived quickly thereafter.

Beautiful set, I'm enjoying it very much. Arrived safely and on time.

Great experience.

Beautiful design and the craftsmanship is impeccable. The weight in your hand is perfect.

Love these… fun and pretty and perfect for many beverages!

Shipping went well, I wish it was a bit faster though.

So glad to be able to replace pieces in this beloved but discontinued pattern after many years. Excellent service.

they are great bowls and they are pretty too

It is understandable that glasses might get broken in shipment. We had one broken wine glass. We were refunded as these are not available now. So I have a set of 7, not 8, wine glasses. Disappointing.

Your return policies have limited any future purchases.

Everything works out very well and I really enjoy using the products

I love the lazy Susan. It’s attractive, well made, and functional. I’m very pleased.

We love Italian Countryside. We’ve been using it since we got married in 1999. We will be ordering more soon to replace some pieces that are chipped. I’m so happy you still make this pattern! It’s a classic.

Good service

Still love this pattern after 30 years.
