Love them. Bought 2 sets and supplemented with other bowls and these plates. Wish they were continuing the pattern!

Package arrived with two broken dishes.

I ordered the Mikasa Dini Floral 32-piece set twice: once on July 3rd and again on July 14th. The first shipment arrived heavily damaged, and after an exhausting fight with customer service, they finally refunded it. Hoping the second set would be fine, I waited to unbox it until July 31st after my nieces left so they wouldn't get hurt by any broken ceramic. It was even worse than the first. The quality control and packaging are appalling. Across both 32-piece sets (64 items total), over 40% arrived broken or severely defective. Beyond shattered plates and cracked handles, the manufacturing is incredibly cheap: 1. Glaze & Pattern Defects: Black debris and dirt burned directly into the glaze, inconsistent colors that don't match the listing photos, and cheap-looking decal patterns that look like slapped-on stickers. 2. Shape & Structure: Some cups were visibly warped and misshapen (oval instead of circular) and/or had cracks running down the sides and inside the cup. Out of 64 total pieces, I was left with only 4 large plates, 7 small plates, 10 cups, and the 16 bowls without flaws. The customer service was so draining the first time around that I'm not even bothering to deal with them for a second refund.

I have 4 pieces that I brought several years ago, they were much thinner at top of glass like crystal. I still enjoy using them, however I have chipped a few and needed to replace them. So I reordered these ,whick I thought were the same. They are the same as pictured with pattern but much thicker at top of glass. I will still enjoy using them but I can tell a different when drinking from them.

Excellent balance of robustness for casual outdoor/ indoor while presenting as a delicate design. Thank you for creating the Tivoli Garden series. We love the serving platters, and pasta dishes most of all.

Very easy to order. Tracking was not ideal. They want you to download the app Shopify to access tracking, but you could get around it when you get the UPS tracking number. They said it would arrive Wednesday and it arrived on Wednesday.

Great looking mugs

The pasta bowls are fine, but a different shape than the ones I already had; they have a greater circumference and are not as deep. I actually prefer the deeper bowls with the smaller circumference.

I love the plates! They are sturdy yet appears delicate. The design I especially like as it goes well with my decor.

We've used Mikasa for 30 years and these replacement items matched perfectly.
