Fabulous instrument, fast delivery and brilliant customer service, what’s not to like?

McNeela has been great to buy things through and they're fast to respond.

Spot-on despite my queries about reclaiming Eire VAT, but in the end I opted to buy it and take advantage of the discount offered by McNeela. Despatched without any problems and arrived in immaculate condition with exceptional packing. Well done all !!

Speedy delivery. Excellent workmanship. Thoroughly recommend.

The instrument is beautiful and comfortable to play, and arrived in virtually no time at all. I’m deeply impressed.
