I have enjoyed all the instruments and accessories that I have purchased from McNeela music. I have no issues with the products. I did run into a surprise fee($ 62. 00) when the bodhran was delivered by UPS. I don't know where that fee came from.

Thank you for your exceptional sales support I exchanged several emails with the sales representative. I have a rather large duet concertina and I wasn't sure if it would fit. They helped me by measuring to the nearest millimeter all the different dimensions and also estimating the thickness of the padding. My concertina does fit. It's a McCann 57 key. And the case is well made, came well packaged and arrived in time.
