McNeela did everything they said they would do very well indeed. I hadn't expected some frustrations with importing to the UK.

Great service , only comment would be to make the value clear for the pen pushers at customs and excise who charged the duty thinking the value shown was sterling when it was in fact Euro so ended up paying more duty than was correct . Not a lot could be done about it !

Great but wished I had known about import duty which was fairly steep. That’s my issue I guess but the flute was reduced in price and import tax put it back up to normal price. Ouch. Great service otherwise
