There was an issue with the shipment. The packet has been lost by the transporter. However after contacting the support they proposed either a reimbursement or another delivery. I chose a new delivery and it arrived perfectly on time. A very good customer support.

The tracking got a little skewered, but not McNeela's fault. This instrument was well worth the wait. The tone is unbelievabley pure and this is one of the best gifts I've ever had the privilege to bestow on a loved one. Thank you McNeela!

Wonderful instruments and service. I received a great explanation of how to pay the tariff the USA is charging and the affect it is having on companies that sell internationally. A shame. Anyway, I have been buying products from McNeela for a few years and have always gotten excellent items and great service. McNeela did everything they said they would do very well indeed. I hadn't expected some frustrations with importing to the UK.

Great service , only comment would be to make the value clear for the pen pushers at customs and excise who charged the duty thinking the value shown was sterling when it was in fact Euro so ended up paying more duty than was correct . Not a lot could be done about it !
