Shipping was very fast; received in less time

Really love the Phoenix concertina I recently bought from McNeela's; It's a very nicely made instrument. As a beginner, I'm also enjoying Jack Talty's online classes too and progressing nicely. Ordering the concertina, communication and delivery was all very good from McNeela's too. Highly recommended !

After a few misadventures, my flute arrived! And I’m happy. Thank you for being a good source. Shipping went askew but your efforts to fix things was noted and I’m grateful. Catherine.
