Fantastic service and product. Highly recommend the Wild Irish Whistles and McNeela

Excellent service

Great fast service

This whistle has a much mellower tone quality than the standard Wild D which impressed me so much I bought the whole set over a period of some six months. It's very well suited to slow airs particularly. The only concern I have is that it DIDN'T come with a mop to dry the bore which can cause the wood to split . . .

Smooth procedure no delays and very nice customer support

perfect

Arrived promptly.

In August, I encountered a problem with the reeds on my concertina. I immediately contacted McNeela Music and shipped the instrument off right away. The repaired concertina returned to Bangkok after a total of 16 days. I am very grateful for their prompt response. After it returned, however, another issue arose: a different note suddenly stopped sounding. I contacted the staff to discuss this problem. They suggested that dust might have accumulated on the reed during transit. Although they advised me to press and pull the button firmly, the issue has not yet been resolved. The staff have been communicating with me courteously regarding this matter. I hope this next problem gets fixed soon.

Always a pleasure doing business with McNeela!

I love my new whistle. Is breá liom mo fheadóg nua. I ordered it online and it arrived in a matter of days with my new beginner's music book and I am tootling away. When I've had questions, the response from the team there is immediate and very helpful. I highly recommend this store. I wish it was closer, but I guess I'll just have to go visit them.
