Perfect fit

As soon as I ordered I received a follow up phone call letting me know I can call with any questions. Then after receiving the mattress I received another phone letting me know that if I was not satisfied or had any questions to reach out. Shipping was pretty fast, maybe 8-10 days. So far, very satisfied!!!

First off, the customer service from this company goes well beyond any other company I have purchased a product from! The called to confirm the order, and updated me when it shipped! The product was made with so much care, and is so comfortable! I will do business with them again!

I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of this company but figured I'd give it a shot. The custom mattress fit perfectly for my non-standard sleeper sofa. I wish that it was an inch or two thicker but even with that, it's much better than the spring mattress that it replaced. I can still feel the center bar a bit but after doing some research, a sleeper sofa support board may eliminate this problem. I just haven't purchased one yet. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

We ordered this mattress for our RV/camper. My husband has terrible back pain and he was able to sleep through the night on it. We since ordered one for our bed at home, received it last week and he is having the same results at home now and is able to sleep through the night with no problem. Delivery was fast and service was good. We are very happy with both our mattresses.

The product shipped out about a week after I purchased it and I received it in a few days. I am extremely happy with the packaging. It was vacuum sealed, easy to carry, and sprang up within 30 minutes of opening the package.
