The product shipped out about a week after I purchased it and I received it in a few days. I am extremely happy with the packaging. It was vacuum sealed, easy to carry, and sprang up within 30 minutes of opening the package.

The product is amazing and has transformed our RV mattress. This is a wedge mattress on a slide that folds on itself when we close the slide, and the topper slides seamlessly with it. I am sensitive to chemical smells and was expecting some offgassing but encountered nothing. The customer service was exemplary as well. My only issue is that it took 26 days to arrive from the day I ordered it which was slightly longer than the timeline they gave me and so it wasn't here on time for our trip. That said, I am looking forward to enjoying it for many trips to come!

Very well made and a perfect zipper. I let it air out for 2 days before putting it on the mattress as it had a chemical after packaging was opened. Using this for protection and for holding 2 thin mattresses together and it works perfectly.

My new Airstream mattress is for a bed which is not rectangular. It is perfect, and a hybrid! I should have purchased this years ago because it’s so much better than the one I replaced. Looking inside my old mattress without the protective covering shows the reason, it’s two slabs of seating foam. The new mattress looks like one recently delivered full-size for my primary bedroom. I added a thick felt under layer for ventilation and the result is supportive and comfortable.

These are the BEST mattress encasements you will ever find! They are soft, quiet and fit our mattress perfectly! We had one on our queen mattress but just switched to a split queen adjustable bed so we ordered 2 more 30x80x11 encasements for that. We also run a couple Airbnb properties and have them on all of those beds. They are well worth the cost and you definitely won’t regret your purchase!
