Loved everything about it after I got it on.

First, the mattress is great - we were both comfortable all night and slept really well! Second, the customer service has been wonderful. We received a phone call confirmation of our mattress purchase and a phone call confirmation when it was shipped. It made supporting this business feel really good and I will purchase from them again if/when we need a mattress.

I absolutely love this mattress. It is incredibly comfortable and has made such a difference in my sleep. It is so much better than the mattress that came with the RV. Delivered when expected

Great product and slept soundly. Items were shipped in a timely manner, and arrived in time to have a Christmas camping trip. Ordering online was easy with measuring instructions, and the live chat was very helpful as well. Even received a phone message that my order had been shipped from the CEO.

I was a little worried this would be too soft or too firm. It really is just right. The gel top is just enough to allow your body to relax into before the mattress holds your weight. I did not bottom out. It came faster than promised and with plenty of communication from the company along the way. (Which I did appreciate!) I ordered a custom size and it was exactly what I requested. Totally happy customer here!!

Before buying this mattress I had a long and information-full call with the Mattress Insider folks and they were wonderful! The mattress came in good time and we are in love with it. It is everything we were hoping for - the right size, the right thickness and most importantly the right firmness. Loving it. Full marks.
