Grat product and service

We love our new custom made Memory Foam Mattress Topper! It is so comfy and soft. I use to wake up stiff and my back hurt with just our RV mattress. But, after our first night on the topper, I had a good nights sleep and woke up rested. It took about 3 weeks to get, but its custom made and well worth the wait! Im so happy with our purchase.

We were getting ready to leave for a 3 month trip so we needed a mattress very quickly. I called and ordered the 6” model. The lady gave me a date for delivery that worked with our schedule. The mattress arrived ahead of schedule, which was great. For only being 6” thick it is very comfortable and we love it. Would purchase again if needed.

Was happy to find this product for my sofa sleeper. It is a good quality product that fit perfectly and is comfortable. Would recommend to anyone

Great! First purchase was a custom camper mattress, we loved it so much. We bought two more mattresses for our home! Customer Service is amazing!

Excellent product and excellent service! Only after trying the first mattress did I dare try ordering a second one for another sofa bed -- and I am pleased with both.

The mattress cover fit very well and made a very uncomfortable mattress much more comfortable. Also the mattress insider team were very responsive and helpful.

Great service, and my custom-size mattress topper fit perfectly.

Was very easy to put on

Unable to write review at this point, since I am waiting for my home to be built. But I can say that Customer Service exceeded all my expectations. Every question I had was answered speedily, professionally, knowledgeably and courteously. And that is a BIG plus!

This mattress is better than any spring mattress available. And, we were able to get just the right size made. Ordering and delivery was easy. And, the owner followed up with the order.

I bought 2 custom size 8. 5” latex mattresses and they are pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty good

Website easy to navigate and then items shipped fast, Quality of products is is always top shelf!

Really like this mattress. Thank you also for your great customer care.

Thank you so very much for sending my 2 bunk bed mattress protectors as quickly as you did. Katherine was so very helpful with deciding on the size of the covers and expediting my order. They are great quality and to the exact measurements I gave.
