We purchased a new RV that had a Bamboo mattress. It’s a very nice mattress, just too firm for us. Looked at our options and decided to purchase a topper. Mattress Insider had toppers to fit the exact size of our mattress. We are sleeping better with our Mattress Insider topper!

This luxury mattress is awesome. Besides being amazingly comfortable, I like that it was custom made in the USA with organic materials… and didn't sit in a warehouse for months or years. High quality materials. Fast service. Highly recommend.

We had purchased a king Scarsdale, and at last minute decided that cutting the bed deck down to queen made the most sense to gain floor space. They made the return and new purchase so painless. The mattress had shipped, they had FedEx pick it up the next day. Everyone was so professional and accommodating; I never felt like I had inconvenienced them even though I felt I had. Big thanks! Loved everything about it after I got it on.

First, the mattress is great - we were both comfortable all night and slept really well! Second, the customer service has been wonderful. We received a phone call confirmation of our mattress purchase and a phone call confirmation when it was shipped. It made supporting this business feel really good and I will purchase from them again if/when we need a mattress.
