I accidentally ordered a bed without realising it’s a pre-order with long lead time ; Hazel Bueno was helpful and getting it cancelled and refunded

Delivery drivers could have been a bit more polite. They didn't speak a word despite me speaking to them. Other then that all good and Fast delivery.

Arrived fast. Decent product for the price. Drawers are a little deceiving with how deep they are. The front panel gives you the impression they are deeper then what they are. Other then that, we are very happy with the product.
