I purchased the Kaylie King Boucle Fabric Bed Frame in White & Black during a sale. The bed itself is beautiful, it’s great quality and it looks high end. Unfortunately i had a slight issue with the bedhead, i contacted Luxo living the next day, Thomas took on the case and he even followed up with me when i forgot to reply! Thomas arranged a new bed head to be delivered and the following day it was at my door step. Exceptional customer service thanks Thomas!
