Luxo Living is very easy to deal with - the delivery service is cost effective and fast, and the support team are very helpful. Hazel is always very quick with any questions.

It was back in early December when I ordered a bed from Luxoliving. The delivery time had been delayed a couple of times due to where it was being manufactured. As a consequence I chose to ring Luxoliving to see if I could cancel and be refunded. I spoke to Charlotte and I must say I received the kindness and curtesy that made me wonder why can’t everybody be like her. She promptly cancelled the order and apologised profusely for the delay. Charlotte contacted me once again to advise me that the refund had gone to my account. Thanks Charlotte.

Really good experience. Picked up the sofa, had an issue with the table, and it was fixed on the spot, and my refund was processed. Michelle was great. Thank you.

First time ordering with this company, so always a little unsure when purchasing unseen items online. However, i could not be more impressed with (Michelle) customer service right through to delivery. Thoroughly impressed with purchase. . . exactly as pictured, and the quality far exceeded my expectations. Communication re: delivery was exceptional and being able to choose my day of delivery was 'the BEST' I was able to schedule it without disruption to work. 💫 And a HUGE shout out to delivery team on the day.
