Lyanah Was lovely in assisting me with some issues I had with tracking. She was very prompt at replying to me and guiding me with the issues. Also it was really nice for her to check in when I didn’t reply, really nice customer service.

I had bought mulriple items from luxo living butt the sofa was supposed to arrive 2 months later than the rest of the items. I had requeated to change to another sofa and Lyanah was very helpful and organizing the change, but later the initial sofa was available ahead of the specified time so I had changed my mind again to keep the initial sofa and Lyanah was so helpful in organizing the dispatch for me as the dispatch link was not working for me. Thanks a lot.

Couldn’t have been easier. Sat in bed one night, ordered it, picked the day and it turned up exactly when they said it would. They brought up into my apartment for me.
