Shipping, communication and products are 5 stars

This bed is stunning and has ample storage. The fabric is soft and easy to clean. The only fault I would pick with it is, there's a million pieces to build it. But, the end result is well worth it!

Charlotte very efficiently attended to and fixed the error I made with my order.

Hazel has been great to deal with. She is helping resolve my issue. Clear communication

Shipping service amazing.

Very happy with the product and extremely impressed with delivery speed.

I had a great experience with Luxo Living, especially with the assistance of Gileanne Garcia. She was very helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the whole process. She made sure my concerns were addressed and went above and beyond to assist me with my order. Thank you, Gileanne, for your excellent customer service and for making the experience much easier and smoother. I really appreciate your help and highly recommend her! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hazel was understanding and very helpful. Keep up the good work

Hazel was so helpful when I needed assistance with my order.

Glyn and her team has been super helpful. Big thanks to the team!

Recently purchased a children’s bookcase. Unfortunately one of the pieces was marked however I was very impressed with how customer service handled the issue. A partial refund was provided along with their sincere apologies. With thanks to Gil & Michael.

Thank you for your help with resolving my query

Ramelyn was fantastic. Addressed exactly what needed to be done (there was a mismatch between the email saying delivery day and my preference, which was texted to me but my phone was being transferred to a new carrier at the time so it didn't come through). They listened, understood, were prompt in the replies and ensured that indeed all was well, including resending the sms link, showing the records clearly, and putting my worries at ease so that I would be able to receive the bed I ordered when there was actually space.

Bought the king size bed and it’s very nice and sturdy.

We bought these beds for our young boys in 2025 and a year later, they’re still in great condition. I don’t care what people say - I like the boucle 😂 the shade of blue matches a lot of different bedding. It was easy to assemble and feels sturdy. Recommend!

Looks great and good quality. Very happy with it.
