The online shopping process was simple to follow and I love how you could select a delivery date of your choice! Products arrived on the date selected with accurate tracking so we could see when the order would arrive. The products were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I had an issue with my heater. Dondon was assigned to look into it for me. Great communication, resolved the issue with a minimum of fuss. Love the heater and couldn't fault London's knowledge and helpful attitude.

Couldnāt be more happy! Ordered both items and one being on āpre orderā according to the website and items had been shipped and arrived 2weeks earlier then expected so was a great surprise! Only things that I would say could be worked on is delivery, just a better communication with tracking the driver and times! I had called up to see if there was tracking so I knew if I was able to step out of my place to go run a few errands and was told Iād just be called 30mins prior (it was a 10min window) but that would be between 9am-6pm but in fact I had items delivered at 8pm And second thing would be the assembly fee, would be live if was just a flat rate fee to assemble all items dropped off, in my order only 1 item had the option to assemble and the other couldnāt so what wouldāve happened is both would be dropped off but they would only build 1 item and leave me with the other.
I Always have a good purchasing experience with luxo, no issues!
