Great experience with Luxo Living from start to finish. The ordering process was easy, communication was clear, and everything went smoothly with our delivery. Our bed arrived in great condition and was well packaged, with all the parts included and no damage. We were also really impressed with the quality once we opened everything – it was exactly what we expected from the photos online, if not better. I loved and wanted everything immediately and after purchase realised some things were not in stock, Lyanah guided me through what was still available and what was not. I was instructed that those in stock were ready for me.

Couch was shipped very quickly. The customer service was excellent and quick in responding to my query of missing legs. It turns out the legs were in a zipped compartment under the couch. We are very happy with our new couch
