Excellent quality, fairly easy to put together too. The drawers are quite shallow though, but very functional. Despite misgivings after reading terrible reviews of this company online.

Thank you to Michael for helping me sort my order. He is very efficient and help me receive everything I needed went well above and beyond.

I had an excellent experience with Dondon at Luxo Living. His customer service was outstanding — friendly, helpful, professional and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to assist me. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated his patience and attention to detail. Thank you, Dondon, for such wonderful service. You’re a real asset to the Luxo Living team! Highly recommend.

We purchased this outdoor setting as we needed something to be weather proof. The delivery was next day which is excellent. Product is sturdy and looks great for our little outdoor movie space for our family. Literally all I'd say is the amount of plastic that it was wrapped in was WILD, and feels a bit nasty throwing that much in waste. More of a supplier feedback really. Ordering and fulfillment of the product was great. Thanks team

Everything is good. the table is bit weak. but affordable price.

excellent

Easy, quick and no dramas

I bought this for my partner for her birthday, it has definitely put me in the good books!

Gil is really easy to deal with, i had to replace a part of my vanity that came cracked and she sorted this out, no issues, and good clear communication. Thank you Gil x

Gil has been a wonderful help with resolving the issues we had with a faulty panel on our spa.

I contacted customer service, and Cherish assisted me with efficiency, kindness, and professionalism throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful and made the experience very easy. I highly recommend her and the customer service team!

Pretty good could be just a little taller

Love the style but could be a little taller

Product arrived within the expected time frame, no waiting around, no chasing things up, tracking was accurate

I was sceptical about the bed and mattress given the amazing price, however, we have now had our bed over a month and love it! The bed itself is great quality and perfectly suits our home, while the mattress is super comfy, not too hard, not too soft. We love our new bed.
