Amazing value and such an easy solution for adding a bidet on your existing toilet. I have owned this model since 2018. 7 years later I am replacing it since a friend stumbled and broke his fall with the controls, cracking it. I highly recommend it!!

I bought one of their bidets off of Amazon. The toilet seat I had on my toilet didn't work with the bidet. After contacting customer support Mathew agreed with me that the toilet seat was the problem and then he recommended different toilet seats that would work. I thought that it would make sense to use their toilet seat since it was made for their bidet. Both items worked flawlessly together And my issue was solved in a matter of minutes.
