Ordering was simple and easy, delivery was fast, installation was the same as the ordering and delivery. The package could come with toilet seat spacers, but the instructions explained well enough and instead of installing it in the main bathroom, it ended up in our ensuite, which is fine by me. I feel like I'd been living as a savage until now. Its quite comfortable and I have no idea why I didnt get one of these sooner. 10/10

My only regret is not ordering one sooner. I especially like that it lifts upwards with hinges to make it easy to clean the toilet bowl. I do suggest that the controls should be further from the toilet seat, as someone too much overweight would be sitting on them.

This bidet is truly marvellous and is heads and tails over just a cold water version. We are loving it and find it a pleasure to go to the bathroom! Can’t say enough about this purchase……wish I could buy one for everyone!! 😊❤️

Excellent bidet! It's my third and the quality is excellent. They're all very long lasting. My only regret is not buying this higher end model before. Easy installation, the self cleaning is highly recommended and the hinge models are well worth it for easy cleaning. I've recommended this brand to friends and family, never disappoints.

Purchased this for our RV, I had to do some extra work to make it fit. Sure glad that I was able to get it in. Very happy with this purchase, it's our 4th one.

The best thing I’ve ever bought!!! We were thinking about getting one for every bathroom and once it arrived it was in perfect condition and I got the NEO PLUS 120 Chrome and it was perfect! And it came soooooo quick! Anyways would buy another.

I used to miss having bidets in North America and rubbing my bottom dry with toilet papers and yet finding it’s not 100% clean. Love my luxe bidet 120 plus. I wish I had hot water intake closer to use another model but guess the simpler design should last longer
