We have installed several of these on toilets in two different properties. This time I encountered some problems installing the bidet (Neo 120 Plus) because the existing toilet seat was shaped in a way that prevented the seat from coming down all the way after the bidet was installed. Apparently this is a somewhat common problem. Ultimately I had to buy a new toilet seat from Luxe. Installation of the bidet and toilet seat was a bit confusing because the instructions between the two pamphlets did not properly coincide. I was installing the bidet that had the u-shaped attachments, but the pamphlet for the installation of the luxe toilet seat were based on a different bidet that had the circular attachment holes that required a plate block, plate pad and plate gasket. Needless to say it took a little head scratching to figure it out. Once I did, the installation was fairly straight forward as usual.

I had wanted to order a “bidet” for years but held off because I thought they were too expensive. Then I could only find cold water seats attachments in the same price range. Until I found this one!! Well this bidet is amazing and even a 60 year old non plumber female like me was able to install it. The price on Amazon was also very reasonable My Consumer Reports membership rated this as the number 1 for toilet seat attachments - why I originally chose this specific product All three options: regular, feminine, and clean work perfect. TIP: run the hot water tap in your bathroom sink. This way the hot water option is instantly available

I recently returned from SE Asia where bidets were the norm. I had no idea it could be so easy to have my own bidet at home! I chose a non Electric one. It hooks up to the hot water and cold water lines and operates perfectly well just from water pressure. Delicate enough for a rose. 🌹 Feel a whole new assurance of cleanliness. Even adjustable for gender. Do not hesitate to add this to your current toilet seat.

I just received my Neo 185 plus an hour ago and installed it. My water supply wouldn’t turn all the way off so I needed to put a couple of towels down but I got it done and it seems to work perfectly! A big high five to you guys for making such clear and concise instructions! I can’t see anyone having a problem at all. And not having to take the toilet seat right off is fantastic! So far I’m totally impressed.

Work perfectly, love it, if you have a toilet with a skirt the provided tubing will be probably too short. You will have to be creative. Nice product

3rd bidet from luxe bidet and still amazing !!! Easy to install and very good quality.

I am happy with the product now that I have the bumpers and longer screws purchased and applied. Unfortunately I have to order a longer cold water hose for the bidet. I wish that was an accessory that was available on Amazon as I have to have that hose shipped to Canada from your company. Other than that additional expense I am satisfied.

Great product, have 4 in my house. Love the bidet, however we have had to replace the chrome knobs on two of them due to the plastic cracking resulting in the bidet not working. Replacement knobs are not cheap and shipping to Canada is more than the cost of the knob. Why are the knobs not available on Amazon like the bidet?
