Installing this was a bit more complicated for me as the sink taps did not have a shut off valve. There was no issues installing them but I wanted the bidet to have a separate shut off valve for the hot water incase the water pressure was to high. With the supplied t-adapter it meant I had to install the valve at the bidet end. It went quite smoothly. I routed and clipped the hot water line on place and turned on the water. It sprayed everywhere from hit water connection at bidet shut off valve. The nut on the supplied hot water line was too long and did not seal the line into the valve. So had to totally uninstall the hot water line and use the nut from the valve re-install the hot water line. End result no leaks and my wife loves it.

I have had a Luxe bidet for several years and absolutely LOVE it. It is such a pleasure to use - just turn a lever and feel completely clean and refreshed. My Luxe bidet even dispenses a deodoriser, always leaving a fresh scent after every use. Installation is so easy, it takes less than half an hour, using the tools that came with it.

So, I received a bidet for Christmas and WOW, what a gamechanger! This thing is basically a car wash for your butt. I think its an upgraded model also because it has a manual dial for " feminine wash", I'm quessing because its important for the ladies to keep the whole neighborhood spiffy. This setting changes the angle and aim of the the water distribution, and herein lies my only complaint. . . . it is a manual dial, so it doesnt automatically return to "normal" settings. While I understand the need for this setting, its no bueno for dudes. I turned on the thing, and before I could react, a firehose pressure of water had the boys banging around like windchimes in a hurricane. What was supposed to be a pleasant experience has led to the need for a sling. I didnt realize you could sprain a testicle until todav! So ladies, lets make a deal, I will ALWAYS put the seat back down, but promise me to always reset this thing to factory settings

Excellent product, great price

I am beyond happy with my purchase of the Luxe bidet. Water pressure is perfect and cleans the bottom and front just perfectly. I purchased the cold water bidet and find it very refreshing. Best product I have ever purchased with a reasonable price and great quality. Save a lot of money as no longer need to buy toilet paper. Anyone who purchases the Luxe bidet will have no regrets at all.

Nicely packaged, good quality product, clear instructions (but only in English), easy to install. Product functionning OK, functions easy to understand. One thing I would add to this product is that the Bidet control valve on top is a Pull ON / Push OFF style. That valve could accidentally be operated by a young child or an animal and cause flooding problems in the bathroom. My suggestion for this would be to have it replaced by a spring return valve. This way even if a cat pull it ON, it would come OFF automatically. So I give it 4 stars. Appart from that I would give it a 5 stars review!

My son-in-law bought us two NEO 320 and installed both in less than 90 minutes. They work amazing. My husband has dementia and needs to be cleaned up several times a day. This product has made it very easy.

I just installed my new Luxe Whift 185 Bidet. It replaces a Luxe Bidet that I've had for many years. Wow. Great new features. The slide in installation was so easy. It's a great feature. So much easier to clean around the lift up feature. Another great feature is the fragrance mist that goes directly into the bowl water to mask any odor before it's even there. I'm including some photos to hopefully show the great new features. This one is the BEST so far.

Love everything about it turned on five people to it as well. Just had a little situation with the gate, but they replaced it free of charge. I’m gonna continue to hype this up. And Dave, the guy who helped me was excellent!!

As an American, I remain a European at heart when it comes to having a bidet in each of my bathrooms. As we all encounter unexpected accidents, and the fact that we all age, this device is a necessity in a bathroom. I recently installed a Luxe Bidet whift 320 in my guest bathroom. I must say I am very pleased with the product for several reasons. The device was easy to install. For cleaning purposes around the toilet, the seat on the bidet is easily detachable. The added bonus on this device is the lemon peel sent bottles on the side, giving my guest, the luxury and comfort of using my bathrooms. I highly recommend this product!
