3rd bidet from luxe bidet and still amazing !!! Easy to install and very good quality.

I am happy with the product now that I have the bumpers and longer screws purchased and applied. Unfortunately I have to order a longer cold water hose for the bidet. I wish that was an accessory that was available on Amazon as I have to have that hose shipped to Canada from your company. Other than that additional expense I am satisfied.

Great product, have 4 in my house. Love the bidet, however we have had to replace the chrome knobs on two of them due to the plastic cracking resulting in the bidet not working. Replacement knobs are not cheap and shipping to Canada is more than the cost of the knob. Why are the knobs not available on Amazon like the bidet?

I used to have a handheld bidet. This is vastly superior. It was very easy to install, and this is coming for a 60 year old lady who installed it all by herself. No leaks and the toilet seat sits as it should (no weird slant or anything). I'm very happy with this purchase.
