This is the third unit I install: two for my daughter and this one for us. Even dough our house came with a floor fixed one on the master bathroom, this one was installed on our second bathroom upstairs. Installation has been easy on all of them (different brands of toilets). Good quality and clever construction. Highly recommended!

Look me a little while before I installed it, as I was nervous. However it’s super user friendly to hook up! I was worried as the space besides my plumbing is very cramped but it was a breeze to connect everything! The videos certainly helped! This is the first bidet I’ve owned and I’m never turning back. Such a great product!

I love the bidet BUT a US part was supplied for the hot water feed. My plumber searched high and low to get an appropriate UK fitting. ½" female to 8mm push fit. Please ensure UK parts are supplied by Amazon for UK purchasers

I’ve used so many different kinds and brands of bidets. Luxe brand is by far the best and the one that last the longest. Very easy to install, customer service is very attentive and helpful when you need them.

We have installed several of these on toilets in two different properties. This time I encountered some problems installing the bidet (Neo 120 Plus) because the existing toilet seat was shaped in a way that prevented the seat from coming down all the way after the bidet was installed. Apparently this is a somewhat common problem. Ultimately I had to buy a new toilet seat from Luxe. Installation of the bidet and toilet seat was a bit confusing because the instructions between the two pamphlets did not properly coincide. I was installing the bidet that had the u-shaped attachments, but the pamphlet for the installation of the luxe toilet seat were based on a different bidet that had the circular attachment holes that required a plate block, plate pad and plate gasket. Needless to say it took a little head scratching to figure it out. Once I did, the installation was fairly straight forward as usual.

I had wanted to order a “bidet” for years but held off because I thought they were too expensive. Then I could only find cold water seats attachments in the same price range. Until I found this one!! Well this bidet is amazing and even a 60 year old non plumber female like me was able to install it. TIP: run the hot water tap in your bathroom sink. This way the hot water option is instantly available

I recently returned from SE Asia where bidets were the norm. I had no idea it could be so easy to have my own bidet at home! I chose a non Electric one. It hooks up to the hot water and cold water lines and operates perfectly well just from water pressure. Delicate enough for a rose. 🌹 Feel a whole new assurance of cleanliness. Even adjustable for gender. Do not hesitate to add this to your current toilet seat.

Super easy to install! Minimum water pressure cleans very well. No ajustment was required to direct the water stream. Love it!
