So impressed with the style, design, and quality that you can just see and feel when you’re holding it. The packaging is some of the finest I’ve ever seen to insure it gets delivered without damage - the shade was done separately from the base. Will certainly be showing this off and telling people about what you get when you buy Stiffel - as the tag says “there is a Stiffel Difference. You know that when the Stiffel label has been placed on the shade that you are getting something special and nice to have in more ways than one. And delivery way exceeded the estimate delivery.

This chandelier completely elevated my bedroom. The mix of brass and wood tones feels warm and modern—not cold or trendy. With 10-foot ceilings, it’s perfectly scaled and reads like a sculptural piece during the day. At night, the light is soft, diffused, and very high-end. The quality is excellent, and the adjustable height made it easy to get the placement just right. It truly looks like something out of a luxury model home. Absolutely worth it.

Buying experience was straightforward from start to finish. I bought a receiver from replace a 2008 minka aire receiver. I hooked it up and the replacement worked immediately. Exactly what I needed. Delivery was fast too

Comms are lacking. No shipping notification until I requested an update. No explanation / comms on partial shipments. All easy stuff but your systems didn't communicate correctly. Hope this helps.

Read the fine print before ordering. I have $200 in light bulbs that do not fit but cannot return. For high end bulbs you should be able to return them. My mistake for not seeing the no return policy. Will not be ordering again.

Returns are free also with no restocking fees. Few sites offered that. The light units, lantern glass and included bulbs were perfectly packaged.
