FedEx your delivery service is terrible. They were supposed to have it delivered three days ago. We have not received it and there is no answer other than the fact yesterday they said that we’d receive it today. I’m sure it’s not your company but you guys need to have somebody else to deliver your stuff like Amazon not FedEx. FedEx is terrible.

Few lighting stores carried the particular bulb I needed and Lighting New York was one that did. The price wasn't the absolute cheapest, but when I looked at the shipping issues, I decided it was best to go with them. Item shipped in a timely fashion and arrived relatively quickly. Most importantly, the bulb worked when I put it in.

After hours of searching online, we found the lamps I thought might work in the selection offered here. Ordering was easy. Delivery was prompt. And the lamps were exactly as hoped for. They were well packed and undamaged.

A total pain. From the 30% off lure to the suggested opening of an account. It was a time consuming endless process. I finally reduced my purchase to a single lamp and will begin to look elsewhere for the others I am seeking. Chat? Stupid. Inefficient and non productive. What I thought would be a quick experience turned into an hours long series of questions with vague answers. No thank you.

1 week ago, ordered two Minka Aire light kits, shown "in stock". Made contact yesterday asking about the status of my order, Customer Service agreed item was "in stock", says they will inquire to manufacturer as to status, no response, it's been 24 hrs. I sent an email asking again today for a status. no response yet.
