Customer service is meh. Chatted with someone about looking for particular type of light. They said they would email me but never did. My item didn’t ship within 2 biz days like they promised and it was in stock. Took them over 24 hrs to respond with a shipping update.

Ordered a product. After submitting payment they indicated I would get product in two days. Two days later they said it would be 2027. I then got an email that said they had the product in an "open box". I ordered it again. A day later I received an email that said I did not complete the transaction. I will review my paypal account to determine if they have double billed.

Heather customer support online and shipping. Only fault I had may have been mine that I missed something. I was not not of actual shipping date but my light fixture was was shipped on schedule promised and arrived as promised. I'm satisfied with price and quality. If I need another light fixture I'll check this company for sure.

I never got a confirmation of order email, just this survey. I tried to speak to an expert lighting representative, was transferred and waited 10 min on hold before I hung up. So no idea when order will arrive.

I ordered a pair of outdoor lights. Lights are really nice but one light is warped/bent and one is perfect. The packaging was not damaged.

In my purchase of a stem pendant lighting fixture, it would have been helpful if the description clarified whether the stem can be shortened at installation.

I did not receive my item

We built our house in 2018 and the kitchen lights I ordered, I absolutely loved. We had some damage to the kitchen and unfortunately they were discontinued. I searched for weeks to find something similar online through google, lowes, target, home depot and nothing. I finally reached out to Lighting New York and asked the sales rep if they had anything similar. I sent them the photo and model numbers and within 10 min I had another pair that are almost identical to the discontinued lights. I wish I would have reached out weeks ago. Great service.

Great reading lamp from CAL Lighting. Excellent service, quick delivery, well packaged. Return terms were a deciding factor in ordering from Lighting New York, but no return was necessary. Would definitely order from them again.

Color does not match brilliant blue shown on website. I will return and make another choice.

Ordering was easy, and service and delivery were very fast. Unfortunately, the item looked much different than seen on the website, It is a brilliant blue color on the website, but is quite opaque and almost looks black in reality. I ordered the item because I hoped the blue would pick up the blue color in our nearby painting. I'd like to return the item and choose something else. Thank you.
