I purchased a beautiful vase online and typed the wrong address (senior moment). Called customer service and the customer service representative Kelsey immediately fixed the mistake- and if it had gone to the wrong address it would have been lost. The products are exquisitely curated!

Communication from the vendor was excellent and the purchased item arrived on time. My only concern is the item appears to be used, due the wire leads already being twisted. The item works, though. I’m mostly very happy, I just wasn’t expecting a used or open box item.

Very good experience. Price was lowest anywhere and I received the fan on a Sunday. I ordered it Thusday night so that is great service. .

Everything went smoothly - delivered on time. Packing was the best I have seen in a long time. Materials are high quality. It is not in use yet because we are remodeling the bathroom - it will be connected on the wall in the next several weeks.
