Right of neutral
The selection is great, no doubt about that. The pricing is great and deals are frequent enough that with the right timing one could save a lot of money on a great item.
Website is easy to navigate and product listings are accurate with enough images to offer a well rounded idea of what the item looks like.
However!
In my order history, there is an order from 2014 that is still listed as “in process”. It is certainly possible that I received that item and the order was never updated, and it is also entirely possible that the item was never shipped and is indeed still in process, even though that item is no longer listed as being in stock.
This is my only complaint with LNY. The communication between order fulfillment and the customer is severely lacking. And there are not a lot of options for certain items that are not readily available elsewhere. For some items, like the one I ordered, this is the only retailer to get that item for a reasonable price. This matters because some items are very specific and I was able to match the SKU number for the item with the item listed on the website.
I have no idea how soon my order will be fulfilled or if it will be fulfilled at all. Contacting customer service generally results in a standard “your order is in process and will be updated as soon as there is an update to give“. Will I receive my order before 2034 like the previous order that is still in process since 2014? Time will tell.
My rating for LNY is to the right of neutral. If my order is fulfilled in a timely manner, I would certainly consider revising this review.
