I was a bit frustrated when my first attempt at the order didn’t process. The lights were on sale at that time. I used Apple Pay and didn’t realize that there was one more button to press after completing the Apple authorization. By the time I realized my error the lights were no longer on sale.

Wanted an upgrade from the 50 year old original light fixture that was never bright enough. Found a 6 spot track light with free shipping that locally was $30 more. Box arrived quickly and the installer found it easy and uncomplicated to install. I also added a dimmer switch which is perfect to adjust lighting in my dark hallway. I now have spots focused on the old family photos and my hallway is bright and welcoming. Very happy with this company and the light fixture.

BEAUTIFUL - Silva 3 Light 22 inch Matte Black Pendant Ceiling Light, Design Series. This pendant came well packaged, was easy to install and is made of quality materials. Love the black metal ring around the fabric dome. We did add "aftermarket" a light diffuser on the bottom to hide the exposed light bulbs that you see when sitting at the dining room table. I do wish they had offered one that was 24 inches in diameter but the 22 inch pendant still works well in our dining room

We ordered three wall sconces that matched some we purchased several years ago. The website was very user friendly and contained all the detail we needed to confirm they matched the sconces we already had. We spoke to a customer service rep via phone regarding pricing and chatted with another agent regarding the PayPal return policy. Both were prompt and answered our questions. The sconces were shipped the same day we ordered and arrived two days later (even during the holiday season). They look exactly as depicted on the website. Very happy with our experience.

I was easily able to access and order the product I needed.

I ordered a ceiling flushmount. It was obvious that the box had been opened prior as some of the support styrofoam that surrounded the globe was broken in half and carelessly put back in, a plastic bag with the ancillary hardware had been torn open and hand tied at the open end to close it. Two anchor screws were missing which I replaced as that was easier than sending the whole box back and waiting for a replacement. No, would not use them again.
