Not a frequent customer. This was my second order, my first being 4 years ago. My orders are a hard to find bulb. I stumbled across your website in my search. I finally used up the dozen bulbs from my last order and bought 11 more. I bought enough to qualify for your free shipping. Both times I've been impressed by the product, the ease of ordering, and the speed in which the order was confirmed and shipped. Ordered very late Monday night, bulbs were at my house in Virginia on Friday. I will absolutely purchase from Lighting New York again.

unfortunately we are not happy with the light purchased, as its basically a $500 night liught. its not bright and not the white light color we wanted. But since it was installed to test it is now unreturnable.

Shipping of the items arrived a day earlier than expected with no damage. Lights were well packed and assembly was straight forward. Lights are a true representation of the listing online. Stand is substantial in weight to support the light and the stained glass colors are beautiful. Would recommend this company and product if someone is in the market for this style of lamps. There was also a 25% discount at the time I made my purchase making this even a better deal.

selection - excellent service - well, I paid for next day, with an indication of a Saturday delivery - not. Then I had to follow up 2x to get the "in process" to shipped. ALSO - make sure that YOUR selection INCLUDES a remote control - or you'll have to order and wait.

The legs on the tables are bowed and customer service said they would respond to me by end of day Friday 3/27, but I haven’t heard back from anyone.
