I ordered a replacement receiver for our minka aire ceiling fan. It was shipped the same day and arrived the next day. I installed it and the fan is working again! Great service from this company. Will use them again in the future.

We love your lighting. We did remodeling 6 years ago and chose WAC lighting for our entry, den, and bathroom. It fits well in our mid-century modern home built in 1960. We are remodeling a bathroom downstairs so went back to WAC to find similar lighting. Hoping that what we chose will be as nice as what is in our upstairs bathroom. We duplicated the Esprit sconces but the light above the mirror was discontinued (WS42725BN LED light). We really liked that and would have purchased it again. We are trying Shard this time.

Wonderful cutomer service. Their return policy of no restocking or return shipping fees is greatly appreciated. They are my go to company for lighting. I previously purchased two Quoizel bathroom fixtures and now have two new outdoor fixtures and an entry hall chandelier to have installed. All were received in just a few days. The website's online chat feature was not at all helpful but by typing in "I need to speak with a human being" I was immediately connected. The person I spoke with got all the information I needed.

I was a bit worried, because this is an expensive piece with lots of individual glass tubes to hang. But everything arrived an excellent condition! FedEx was late, but that had nothing to do with you, and much more to do with the storm that hit the southeast. Overall I’m a very satisfied customer!

We had the best experience with Lighting New York! We needed 3 fixtures that complimented each other but were totally different in their function! We found them by calling Lighting of New York and had fast answers, knowledgeable people and there was very little waiting to reach someone! That's unusual in this day and age! This experience was great until I only received 2 out of the 3 fans I ordered. I had scheduled my electrician to come install the fans. He had to make a return trip once the 3rd fan was delivered. They work great and I love the remote. The boxes were secure and all contents were in good condition. I love the pricing and selection of lighting NY and would order again.

I ordered a doorbell. It was a reolacement and had to be a certain dimensions. Another vendor had the same doorbell and the same price ($8. 40) but wanted $30. 00 for shipping. Lighting New York charges $10. 00 for shipping.

I found exactly what I wanted and at a reasonable price. The description on the website was very accurate. The lamps look beautiful in my room.

Place order, waited a week. No communication, except several survey emails. So I emailed CS asking for an update. Got an auto reply, we will get back to you. Got another, tell us how we're doing email today. Decided I would take them up on it.
