Browsing through all the lighting was fun and easy-going I'd say more but didn't get our light yet.

Found what I wanted online. Lighting NY was $20 less than Amazon and more from other vendors for same brand item. Came in a few days with free shipping. Well packed direct from manufacturer. Easy install and great product.

good price------easy to navigate website

Easy shopping experience. Found my dream crystal sconce and put it in my cart and checked out. It was delivered in days! Best ever!

It was an easy process to order lights. I just wish you gave a link to the correct bulbs to purchase for those lights. I had to do a chat with your company, and go online to figure it all out.

Every time I call Lighting New York, they are always so helpful, very friendly and very patient with me and all my questions! I really enjoy doing business with this company!

You have an amazing selection of lighting and a robust website to display it. Also the best prices on the selection that you offer. I was particularly impressed with Christina who, during our chat, was able to get me my discount when I forgot to put in the discount code. Very impressive operation!

The associate was very professional and was very helpful with my return of your light. Thank you kindly.

I haven’t received it yet, but your products are wonderful beautiful and extremely well priced. However, your website is unstable not informative and very frustrating to use. It took me almost 40 minutes to finally get the discount discount app applied and check out. So I strongly suggest to improve the website because your products are wonderful.

no response from 3 designers in chat. very disappointing

The order has yet to arrive! Not good service.

It was exciting to find that Lighting New York showed "in stock" for Adorne Bronze Wall Plate, 1-Gang by Legrand SKU: AWM1G3HFBR1. I've been searching for this item for a few weeks. I only need 2 more plates to complete the transformation in my home. It was very disappointing to have my order cancelled because the wall plates are not available dispite the web page showing "in stock". PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEB PAGES TO REFLECT CURRENT STOCK OR REMOVE THE LISTING. ***lightingnewyork.***/product/lighting/accessories/dimmers-and-switches/legrand-adorne-dimmers-switches-awm1g3hfbr1/946373.html

Customer service was great! They helped me determine the right size pendants for my island. Very helpful and informative!

Very quick shipping Great product.

The website was easy to navigate and the inventory of items was quite extensive. Shipping is free and fast. Will shop here again

Found a dining room chandelier which compliments the one we have hanging n an adjacent foyer. The price was very good. Utilized “Chat” as we needed assistance in applying a promotion code. Very helpful!

Great selection of lighting! I’ve returned several times for additional lights.

Was difficult to work through the website- had to put order through multiple times and kept closing out - until I was able to finally place the order…

Sure was easy to navigate. Found what I needed. Very fair price quick delivery. Very satisfied with entire experience

I liked the light fixture.. Suggest you tell the tech writer to improve instruction sheet / installation manual. The exploded view should be a full page and no reason for writing so much text. Check out an Ikea manual. Write less include more graphics..
