I needed to get a specific model of lighting fixture to replace ones a contractor broke when removing for renovations. They had what I needed, shipped immediately, and got them to me in just a couple of days. Great service.
It was not easy to find a replacement for a discontinued Feit bulb that is used in my bathrooms. Feit gave me a replacement number and it turned out to be a frosted bulb instead of a clear bulb. I required I went online and found that Satco had some similar bulbs and had to just “dog” out a bulb with similar specifications. I had to scroll through at least six pages of bulbs before finding one that will provide me with a reasonable alternative. It has 50 more lumens then I need but. I have no alternative other than replacing all 12 bulbs because one went bad. I will take the bulbs out of one bathroom and use them as spares for the other bathroom and use the new bulbs from Lighting New York in the other bathroom. This should work for a while.

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of Order #4950257. I placed this order on May 13 and immediately initiated a cancellation request (Ticket #993291) because a coupon was not honored at checkout. By the afternoon of May 13, I received a formal "Cancellation Started" email from Claudia Meholick stating that a refund would be processed. Despite this clear acknowledgement that the order should not proceed, the item was shipped via FedEx the following morning. Shipping an item after confirming a cancellation is a massive failure in internal communication and fulfillment. It has turned a simple correction into a major hassle for me, as I now have to manage a return for a large item that should never have left your warehouse. It feels as though the item was shipped out of spite rather than professional service. Honoring confirmed cancellation requests is a basic standard of e-commerce. You need to fix the disconnect between your customer support tickets and your shipping department. Furthermore, when a customer reaches out immediately about a technical error with a coupon, it should be resolved at the point of sale rather than forcing the customer through a week-long return and refund cycle.
