The chandelier was available through multiple retailers and I chose LNY because they offered a Labor Day sale saving me several hundred dollars. Shipping was prompt and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was installed today and is beautiful - as described and displayed on their site.

I like the service as I have bought ceiling fans in the past from Lighting NY. But navigating through the website with the various discounts offered is a challenge.

I was looking for three wall sconces. It was easy to find the ones that I wanted, they were in stock, I ordered them shortly after midnight, and they arrived about 36 hours later!

Ordered over Labor Day weekend. Canceled the order 30 minutes later and notified customer service who said they would reply within 24-48 hours. On Tuesday (with no reply from customer service) I received an email that said my order had shipped and there was nothing they could do about it other than send me a return label and after you received it back a refund would be issued. I know how this works, you could have pulled it out of the queue. I still haven’t received the lamp or the return label. Would not do business with you and certainly would not recommend to anyone! Very disappointed and displeased!
