Lighting New York has a great selection of lighting fixtures. Prices lower than the big box stores. I was shopping for ceiling fans with light kits to match what the builder installed on my (1) year old home. Lighting New York had them for half price of the local supplier and big box stores. Ordering was easy and shipped right to my door. FedEx delivered three packages and upon inspection one of the lamp globes was broken. Emailed NYL with pictures and the customer service team was in action. “Claudia” looked at my order reviewed my pictures and let me know she would reach out to the manufacturer. Just a few hours later and she had arranged for a replacement globe to be shipped. Claudia let me know that she’d keep me updated with delivery dates as they become available. You can’t get better Customer Service than this!! New York Lighting will continue to get my business in the future.

We just purchased a condo near the ocean in Jupiter, FL. It needs a complete redo and replacing the dining room light fixture was a must. I found the one I liked on-line and ordered it today. The only problem was to get your web site to process the credit card. I called and talked to a sales rep and she took care of things quickly and professionally. I would absolutely use Lighting New York in the future.

Shopping and ordering went well. Promotional sale price tipped the scale in favor of Lighting New York, since competitor base prices are all the same. Appreciated the FedEx delivery, very timely. Love the fixture (Griffin 4 Light 21 inch Palladian Bronze Semi-Flush Mount Ceiling Light) however I have this feedback: 1. website image does not represent actual finish which appears to be powder coat, brown painted finish. Palladian bronze typically described as: deep, warm brown base with subtle gold or amber undertones, highlighted with hand-rubbed lighter edges that catch the light, often slightly brassy - this is not what we received. Fortunately, color / finish still works well in the location of the fixture. 2. installation a challenge - mounting holes in fixture base drilled close to struts, making it difficult to attach ball nuts while holding up fixture 3. mounting ball nuts very small Otherwise, all is good after getting past the mounting challenge, we are happy.

The only thing wrong is that the manufacturer directions are not complete. I have owned the same lamp for 25 years so I knew how to handle putting it together.

I love everything about Lighting New York! They are efficient and carry my favorite lighting brands. Lighting comes well packaged and I can change my mind and return but I've yet to ever return.
