Easily found the bulbs I needed!

I couldn't be happier with my experience! I was looking for 4000K cool white chandelier bulbs with an E12 base for my non-dimmable light switch and SATCO had exactly what I needed. The color is perfect—clean, crisp white without the yellow tint of my previous bulbs. It completely transformed the look of my dining room. I placed my order on June 28 and received it on June 30, which exceeded my expectations. The bulbs were well packaged, arrived in perfect condition, and worked exactly as described. I had a Minka fan that just stopped responding. I have two of the same model, so I worked the two remotes and figured that they weren’t getting a signal from the remote. I found new receivers on your site and ordered an open box replacement. I chatted with your tech and was guaranteed that the open box receiver was fully tested and operational. I received the new receiver and replaced the old unit. Reassembled the unit and it worked flawlessly. Thanks

House of Troy has been my standard for picture lights. I have 23 over paintings throughout my house. I especially like the dual intensity switch. However, where I would prefer a standard shade shape across the range of lengths and a consistent metal color, this is never available. Supply and choice are capricious and unpredictable. As is availability. Very disheartening. The lights are great when serendipitously available.

Had the product at a fair price compared to other sites, but the shopping experience could have been better. The product I ordered had no picture. I tried on my phone using PayPal and it didn’t work, Tried to pay using apple pay and it didn’t not work. Tried to pay on my home computer and it didn’t not work. Finally had to pay using my credit card, which I did not have earlier and was the reason I was trying to use the other methods and it finally worked. I saw the confirmation on the web page but didn’t get a confirmation email until later in the morning. That part of the experience wasn’t the best. Hoping the product ships quick and is exactly what I need.

The product we received did not have seeded glass as advertised. The shades were clear glass.

The search drop downs made the search much easier! Limited it to just the criteria I wanted. Ordering was seemless. I await delivery now.

web site for the numbers I bought was VERY confusing. However, the person I talked to was wonderful. For a $10 order she found the part numbers I needed, made sure they were the right size, etc. Great help is hard to find. bad data in computers is usual. . .

I am thrilled with the pendant lights! They are beautiful and beautifully made—top quality. They were packaged carefully without styrofoam peanuts and delivered promptly.
