I didn’t know exactly the type of outside lamp that I needed but I found a style I liked in one of the big box home improvement stores. It didn’t offer the quality that I wanted so I took a photo of it and sent it to Lighting New York and m asked if they could show me what they had that would be similar in design. Within an hour they emailed me back with several choices. I loved the first one so I ordered two of them. The customer experience was outstanding from start to finish. Very pleased.

I love the two lights for my carport. They arrived promptly and was just what I was looking for. Just one problem, the bottom glass is broken on one of them. The one with the hole in it. Can I get a new glass or do I need to return the entire light? I tried to add a photo, but the Add Photos button would not respond. Thanks, Cathy

Received lamp. Lamp was in excellent condition. However the lamp shade has a discolored spot about the size of a silver dollar.

Placing the order was easy. Unfortunately, the shipment and receipt of the fixture was very disappointing. FedEx did not deliver when scheduled and when they did the box was a mess, it was torn on all sides and even packaging inside was broken up. It was left at the foot of our covered porch steps in rainy weather. It looks to be OK although I am waiting for an electrician to unfinish packing and hang it. The fixture is a large chandelier and I am concerned that it will not work when hung.

Very easy to order and the customer care agent that I spoke with suggested to order 1 sconce to see if it was what we wanted. Such a great suggestion and we have looked at so many lights!! The packaging and shipping were both excellent!! We absolutely LOVED the sconce and I did order 3 more this morning!!
