I had a great experience with Lighting New York. I found a floor lamp I liked and LNY had the best price. I needed to order by phone as I was having issues preferring online. The customer service person who helped me was great! She took my order, ansewered my questions about the lamp and bulbs and delivery. Would definitely order from here again. I placed my order one week ago. It has not shipped. Then, I received this survey. That's backwards. No news on when my order will ship either. It's been very very disappointing.

I was told product usually ships in 2-3 days but I received no updates on shipping. However, I received the light in just a few days, I just wasn’t notified it had been shipped. I’m still very satisfied. Packaging was perfect and everything was in order. I really like my new chandelier!

Shipping was quite fast and received when expected. Part was exact fit. Have been dealing with original part for six years which we now know was defective from the get-go. The new receiver makes the fan work as it should. Thanks
