Love Levenger! Customer service is impeccable -- being able to reach someone easily on the phone, as well as got thorough answers via email. One small thing: the popup window (sign up for email and get free shipping over $50) pops up many times during each session. If it can just pop up once or less times, it would be great. (I don't sign up for emails because I'm more into contemporary designs, and Levenger designs are older fashioned, but I absolutely love Levenger's discbound system. )

I had had similar book weights before, and they are indispensable when I want to read a book while I eat (and for other activities that might require 2 hands but still allow you to read). Unfortunately, I keep losing them. I had never bought one from Levenger before, and this is better than the rest! A little longer, and the weighted ends are bigger and heavier. Will try not to lose another one, but if I do, I'll be coming back to Levenger.

The items I purchased are truly top notch, but the shipping time was abysmal. I ordered 3 items (no personalization required) on 14 May. When I got a second request to review the items, I replied to Levenger's that I'd be happy to review them whenever they arrived. They promptly refunded my $34. 95 shipping fee (which seems outrageous to me for "economy shipping"). The items finally arrived on 30 May. It seems like 16 days is a too long to have to wait for a purchase to ship from Mississippi to West Virginia. At least the items were worth the wait.
