Levenger is AWESOME and has superb customer service!!

My only criticism of Levenger is that it seems to take a long time to get products.

Had to replace a gift item from my son. Went to levenger. com. Was offered free shipping for item over $50 and 15% discount. Tried to place order. No free shipping, no discount. Not buying.

I’ve been a Levenger customer for years, long before I ever placed a corporate order. My husband originally gifted me my first Levenger notebook because I love to write and take notes. Over the years, I’ve purchased Levenger notebooks for my sales managers, colleagues celebrating promotions, and teammates moving on in their careers. My husband has gifted them to his team and also got his previous company bought into the brand as well. They’re always incredibly well received! That is just Levenger. Recently, I recommended Levenger to our Public Relations team when they were looking for premium, personalized gifts. The ability to add our corporate logo and personalize with initials made it the perfect option. That order led to us establishing a corporate account. When it came time for our regional sales meeting, I placed an order for personalized Junior Circa notebooks for our entire sales organization. We were on a tight timeline, and I’ll admit, as the event approached, I was nervous about whether they would arrive in time, but the Levenger team delivered in every sense of the word. Our account executive moved things through quickly and ensured we received everything with enough notice to organize the notebooks before the meeting. On another note, the packaging alone is an experience, opening a Levenger box feels intentional and elevated. They also placed the initials on the outside of each box so I didn’t have to open every single package to sort them. That level of thoughtfulness saved me significant time. Time from order to getting to shipping company was ridiculous. I understand that shipping time is out of your hands but I am referring to time at Levenger.

After losing my first Levenger Desk Punch in a move two years ago, I am so glad to finally have a new one! * The punch heads are as sharp as I remembered and do a great job. * Each head has a vertical ridge on each one showing the midpoint for that punch. That's a feature that comes in very handy when trying to match non-standard spacing already punched or when doing creative or single hole punching. * My original Desk Punch had the sliding spacing guide, but the new one has the push down button and the clear size markings such as Letter, Junior (aka Half-Letter), A4, and others. Once the slide is at the preferred size, releasing the Push button locks in the slide & keeps it from moving. *It took me a few minutes to figure out how to "open" the punch after taking it out of the box. I recognized the two red posts (with ridges) on the BACK side of the punch as being devices to keep the lever locked down during shipping, but there were no instructions on how to remove them. After thinking about other such devices I'd encountered (think cabinet doors with no visible handles), I took a chance that they were not screwed in and simply pushed DOWN GENTLY on the lever over one of the posts, while PULLING HORIZONTALLY on the middle of the red post. It slipped out easily. Repeating the process at the other end got that one out as well. I kept both posts and restore them when done punching as it flattens the lever and takes up less space while stored. Just use the same process used to take them out. One caution: there are two metal flat areas that look like they should be a base for the red posts. Apparently not. :-) I am now happily punching away, because one of my favorite things about disc binding is everything is on 1" centers, so you can combine all sorts of paper sizes in one notebook. I have two years of catching up to do!
