The site has had some changes but it is much easier to navigate at this point. As always the items were packed with great care and shipping was quick.

The process was seamless from the ordering to delivery. Recommendation: You send a lot of emails. Although I do want to hear from you, I could use 1/10 of what is sent.

It looks just like the picture, the gold engraving is perfect, and it writes like a dream. It came in a lovely velvet case within a nice box within a secure outer box, and it arrived quickly.
