Came quickly and good notification. It was raining out when delivered---Would suggest shipping it with a bag to protect. Luckily I live fairly close to work and was able to go home and put it inside.

Love the products I have received and all the information concerning the shipping I received when shipping was delayed by a snow storm. Love the free shipping as well, that is always a bonus and helps with the idea of being a return costumer.

My experience with Levenger was excellent. Though an ice storm delayed the original shipping a couple of days, and I ordered the wrong refills, they were able to get me the correct product quickly and with minimal effort on my end. Thank you!
