Overall, excellent.

New Years Eve I placed an order & prematurely hit send instead of going back to review my order. Upon confirmation of order I noted cost more than expected for I realized I had hit a quantity of 2 instead of 1 on a product in my cart. After hours I placed a call to customer service knowing it was futile. I called again first thing the next business day upon opening @ 9am. I was told order was completed @ 8:34am. and unable to assist until I received order. Called customer service again after receiving order 1/8/26 and I spoke to the same agent who was outstanding in every way. She listened intently, well spoken, kind in her efforts and knowledgable. I don't come across to many individuals such as her and I wanted Levenger know what an asset they have as a reflection of excellence.

Love the company

Exquisite pen, in terms of balance, writing elegance and the beauty of the instrument itself. The medium nib hits the sweet spot. A delight to write with for as long as one wishes to feel the glide of ink on hearty paper.

I love all my purchases from Levenger. The price is a bit steep, but the quality is wonderful.

Great planner paper

My husband wanted a tri-fold, so this met that need. But what really made him smile was the stitching on the wallet card slots (this may have been because of the RFID lining). Either way this makes the card slots more durable with use.

The pen was a gift to someone. Not sure how they feel about it.

Great quality. The shipping was quick.

While the beauty of the pen was fantastic, the roller ball is too wide. I prefer a finer tip. I wish there were refills with extra fine.
