Found some old super 8 video and slides in grandparents stuff. Sent them in with Mini-DV tapes or our kids. Legacybox kept us informed of receipt, processing, and shipment and delivered a spectacular product, digital copies of all on a thumb drive and available on their cloud. We will definitely be sending more memories to them for digitization.

The videos on one of my three tapes had a QC issue (they do not play continuously). I reported the issue and returned the tape for free correction. Legacybox addressed the problem effectively with a happy ending. Thank you for your prompt customer service and easy to follow procedure.

We had 40 video tapes that were 35+ years old. . . I've always worried about them aging. Got an good deal for Mother's Day and made to decision to get the tapes digitized. Was very easy process with excellent customer service. We've only watched two tapes but great thus far!

Got all of my 8mm and VCR videos digitized quickly. It's great to be able to see all of my kids growing up without having to drag out the projector and screen!

They looked great, the only thing I had a problem with was the sound was low so hard to hear.

The old 8mm films I sent have been in my hot garage for years. I wasn't sure what I'd get from them. The digitized films came back far better than expected.

I was happy to see my old memories. However I thought the tapes would have been cleared a bit better. There were streaks through the film.

We are truly enjoying seeing and hearing our memories of our kids when they were small and family members! We had our VHS videos made from our camcorder days.
