I am happy with the first batch done. But I have a question. . . . I have a number of reels that will not fit in the usual box you send. Do you have a larger box for large reels? Again, I am pleased with the first set, and mailed three more reels today.

I couldn’t be happier with the results! I had both vhs tapes and reel to reel movies converted for ease in viewing and to give to our children to look back on their childhood. Fantastic job and so easy to view these memories online. The support staff was very responsive and helpful with my questions. Will be sending in photos to be completed soon.

My recent experience was better somewhat. I personally have limited Vision and not being able to call and talk to a person makes it extremely hard for me to use the online items. It would be so helpful if I could’ve called and had somebody walk me through the things I had to fill-in. Some consideration should be made to people with handicaps like limited vision. Thank you.

My experience was not without problems. First not all files were downloaded to thumb drive, in fact less than half. Then there was an issue logging into the cloud to retrieve the remainder, which took 3 days of CS support to fix. I wish that this was a 5 star experience, I can’t go there.

Things went well. I like that you kept me updated on the progress of my order. I have no way to judge the quality of the final product (8mm to digital) so I am assuming it is the best that can be done. It satisfied me. I will send in another order.
