In the past Legacybox would send a down load link, part of G Drive. Simple and easy. No they have vids in a link that is cumbersome to operate. . MP4's are big and can only be downloaded one at a time, OK fine. The web page kept crashing and had to be closed and reopened after only one of two vids were downloaded. It took a while to figure this out as a work around to make the site work for me. This would not be too bad if you had only a few but I had 75 and was a real pain. Legacybox should look into more capacity or something to get the customer interface correct so you don't have to pay a lot of money for a thumb drive. The care taken to get the original media back to you is much appreciated. The old way of the G Drive was so easy but that way you did not get exposed to the subscription services you are now forced to see and use or not use. Files are available for 30 days so you have to get them or they are purged which is understood but the methodology now is not good. There are only three Q and A's to help and should be at least ten or so to guide the download experience better.

Somehow legacy box was able to take 8 mm fill with broken sprocket holes and smooth it out into a beautiful three minute video. The memories that were preserved were irreplaceable. Thank you for an exceptionally wonderful job.

Had some 40+ year old reel to reel audio tapes that had deteriorated, no longer had my tape recorder. Legacy digitized them, very helpful to have the music in digital format. Thank you!

Legacybox duplicated and turned my 24 items around back to me within 10 days! WOW. Everything looks and sounds great!

This was a painless experience and I have now saved a 35 year old VHS tape that held treasured memories.

This is my second dealing with LegacyBox and once again I am very pleased with the results. The process of getting films mailed off and then returned is very simple. Thanks again LegacyBox!

I am extremely pleased with what I got from Legacybox. Before ordering, I read lots of reviews and checked out lots of companies. I felt like Legacybox was the best of all the options, but I had concerns about them based on old reviews that I had read. Some of those concerns dealt with slow service or lack of responses to issues. Not only did I have no issues, I was absolutely shocked at how fast and how good the service was. From the day I ordered the box until I had all the digital downloads and my own media returned to me was a couple weeks! Incredible. I am going to be using them again to do more and more work.

The videos appear to be decent. And it didn’t take very long to get them back. Price was nice with the special.

Love how Legacy Box stays in contact with you throughout the process! Excellent service. Fast and efficient.

Legacy box makes it easy to transfer and save your memories. I appreciate the simple process and quick return of original material.

I could not believe how quickly the old reels were digitized! The quality is fantastic! Watching these memories together has brought so much joy to my dad and his siblings who are all in their 80's. This is the most precious gift you can give your loved ones!

I had multiple VHS tapes, and 5mm tapes digitized. I was informed every step of the process. They let me know the day they received the box of my memories, which was a great comfort since my parent's wedding tape was included. I was impressed by the box used to transport and loved being able to upcycle and use the same box for a second shipment. Overall, a perfect experience and highly recommended. Christmas will be a lot of fun this year watching videos I thought I'd never see again.

So far I have been satisfied with the service. Waiting for the USB and my videos to be returned. I did go online to see the videos already. Did have a problem with one of the files. I couldn't get it to play. That is why I rated as 4 stars. It was great getting to view these old movies of family and trips.

This is an easy and efficient way to preserve memories. LegacyBox has a good process and is easy to follow. We're very happy with the outcome.

Timeline was excellant

I purchased one of Legacybox's larger packages. I loved how the images and videos were so easy to see and download on their platform.

Easy process. Great output. Rapid turnaround

Extremely easy process to label prints, slides, movies, tapes, or anything else you want digitized. Process is efficient and they keep you notified about every step. Only thing that bothered me a couple of times was some digitized prints were crooked and some blank backs of prints were digitized. Everything else was a great experience!

I wanted the print photos scanned and am very pleased with the results. I was impressed with the speed at which it was done. I returned the photos on a Wednesday and by the following Tuesday I was looking at them online. That's fast and had the originals back by Friday.
