everything goes so smooth with cost quality and service. My problem. on all my orders i do not request the cloud. I get my drive and dvd. that is all I need. Please no more cloud.

I was under the impression that my photos would be displayed true to size. - 4x6 would show up 4x6 size. I’m not tech savvy but from what I see this is not the case. I’m very disappointed and because I have many, many photos that I need digitized I’ll explore other digitizing services.

I was able to see my beautiful mother again and hear her voice (she passed in 1988) and I recovered a ballet I choreographed in 2001 that I have need seen in all these years. It will be reprised with my ballet company in 2025, our 45th season.
