My VHS tapes were excellent. I received them back very quickly. Great service.

I had heard the ads on the radio for Legacy Box, and was always wanting to try it. I sent a "test" package of 2 VHS tapes a few months ago to see how it worked and I was impressed! I received My original tapes back in perfect condition along with a thumb drive and DVDs that I asked to have made. They all worked fine so I sent My MAIN package of 17 VHS tapes of old home movies. they finished My project quickly and completely! and once again, I received all My original items back in perfect condition! I HIGHLY recommend Legacy Box!

I incorrectly put the sticker for extra discs on my box , so I didn’t receive them. I got my package back and called to see if they could be added after the fact. I spoke to a very helpful and kind woman named Lea. I am not very computer savvy and she was so patient with me. She was able to check with someone else and she made sure that I was able to purchase the discs. Thank you! We are enjoying our old movies again. It’s been more than 25 years since we were able to watch them.

I received frequent updates on the status of my order. The end product was quality work given the age of my tapes.

Looking thru what was sent thru the trial cloud, I am terribly disappointed. I was under the impression that my VHS tapes would be worked, if they were off, and sound would be able to hear. Sound and vision was not good at all.

We got 10 items digitize and have had so much fun looking them over and sharing with our family. We'll defiantly do it AGAIN!

The box came promptly and with clear instructions. I sorted my photos and returned the box (already paid). Quickly got my scanned images on line, very well done, not crooked, all clear and crisp. I was quickly able to share. Much better and faster than me trying to do this myself with a scanner.

This was a challenging order - video tapes, 50 year old audio tapes, old "reel" movies. Everything made it except on audio tape that was too fragile. I would say that is incredible! Thanks Legacyboc

We are like many other families and took tons of videos when kids were young. As they aged we slacked off. Cell phones came, we slacked off. Now we had MANY old VHS tapes! taking up lot's of space! Just finished getting them all on USB's with Legacybox! Quick, easy, fast! Thank you so much for helping me get better organized! My kids will appreciate it too!
