My experience with Legacybox exceeded my expectations in the quality of video conversion from multiple formats (8mm film and VHS tapes) and multiple video systems (NTSC and PAL). Delivery of the digital content from the conversions to the cloud made easy for me to access from anywhere and any time. Finally Legacybox made easy to ship the media with pre-printed labels and shipping box.

I had 33 tapes including VHS and VHS-C processed. The only ones not really clear were the VHS that we had previously recorded old tape reels from the 70’s. The turnaround time was good and I had a lot of communication as to the step by step process. I had two separate boxes. The first one I chose a thumb drive and the second box I chose the cloud storage. I copied everything to my computer but had no need to keep the storage account. You do have to cancel the subscription if you no longer want it. I was pleased with the process and would definitely recommend them.
