I am so pleased with my experience with Legacybox. I was quite nervous to send in my old videos of my family who are all deceased. If these got ruined or lost, I would have been so upset. But Legacybox made the process easy and kept me up to date constantly letting me know my items had been received, were being digitized, and were back before I expected. Pretty hard to write a review before completion of the transaction. Two things; first should include a peel and stick shipping label as not everone in the world has a printer. Secondly system should notify when it thinks the third party box still needs to be paid for.

Old VCR tape put on thumb drive The tape degraded so much that VCR would not play it. At least Legacy Box got it somewhat visible with sound digitally and onto a thumb drive. Not the best quality, but something I will have for ever.

Fair price. High quality shipping materials. Constant updates. Quick turnaround. The videos look great! Will definitely use them again!
