A few of our online videos have little to no sound, but have sound on the original tapes. Our very first one has so little sound that we had to turn up our volume to the max to hear it. This is not true for all of our videos however. We haven't watched all of them online or all of the DVDs yet, so I'm unsure of how extensive the sound issue is. Regardless, it is very disappointing.

Excellent. My only challenge was not having the order # so I could not track the process which I was a little nervous about. BUT the result is great and the presentation and process are thorough.

There was a fast turn around and over all, I think it was wonderful. On the tapes that had only partial content, then why is the entire tape recorded? I don't need that empty time on the tape. Otherwise, thanks for all of your work in helping to preserve family history.

I didn't get my original photos back! I got the flash drive in a unnecessarily HUGE box with a lot of packing paper (which I checked thoroughly for my original pictures) and a little card for access to my online photos - some of which only showed that BACK of the picture. I am not happy.

although it took time the results were well worth the wait.

The website was easy to use. The first order went great. But the reorder from the box that was sent back to me from my first order blindsided me about the cost of thumb drive. Never expected $39. 99. Website on new box is 19. 99?? That is what I expected.

Once I was able to locate the old 8mm of my father's, I sent them in and they worked fast and got the product back to me. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the movies since some of them are 60 years or more old. The company was good to wait on me and then respond quickly to me.
