I had two reel to reel audio tapes (from 1974) I wanted recorded digitally. I sent them in but failed to mention that on the 2nd tape, the recording was on the back of the tape. That portion of my recording of that came back blank. Legacy Box offered to re-record these correctly if I covered the shipping. They did and it turned out great! Only took a couple weeks at most too.

I was unsure of whether Legacybox would be able to capture any footage from reels that were 55-65yrs old but to my surprise and delight they returned movies that I hadn't seen in probably 30+yrs. The quality was grainy, but since I didn't think I would even see anything, what I got was pure happiness. Reliving memories of our childhood brought much uncontrollable laughter and lots of tears at seeing our parents and grandparents come to life once again. I would definitely recommend Legacybox, but don't wait as long as I did to get your memories saved for the next generation! Thank you Legacybox for the memories.

Sent Legacybox 10 very old super 8mm rolls of film and the process of getting them to Legacybox and the end result was super. Legacybox made the whole process easy and seamless. We now have old memories to share.

I've heard about Legacy Box many times on the radio and finally decided to send them some of my precious sound 8mm movies to be digitized. I was expecting to get back digitized silent movies that I would have to add sound to in post processing. What a surprise when I received the digitized files to find that they had both video and sound! Both the video and audio were excellent quality on all the films. My only concern was that the sound was not perfectly synchronized with the video causing a slight offset between the video and audio. Considering everything, this was a minor issue that I can correct in post processing. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results and only wished I had used Legacy Box sooner. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to digitize their memories.

We are so glad we finally took the plunge. We just received our thumb drive which contains 20 family videos - We love it!!

I haven't received the finished product in the mail yet, but have been watching and loving what they emailed me.

After returning a tape back and it being digitized I am pleased with the service. . I was fortunate enough to look at my tapes before sending them in the first time, so when one was not done I was upset. They quickly redid the tape and so now I have memories of loved ones no longer with us.

Everything was exactly as stated. Quick and easy. A little slower over the holidays, but that's to be expected. Everything returned in good shape. No problems.

Some video images jumped around on tv while playing instead of being still. 8mm films were too blurry to watch. Don’t recommend 8mm conversion.

Tapes were processed faster than expected. Audio was also much lower than expected. Box sent back with my originals offering me to send more tapes at a cost of $12. 00 per tape when they are advertising $8. 00 per tape. Enjoying having my memories digitized.

I’d love it if there were pricing for mom & pop businesses that will keep bringing in conversions.
