Perfect. Everything included and in order.

We have not had the chance to view but one video, but are grateful to have these memories in a form that will not “fade”. The only thought I would share (and perhaps it was just me), is I would largely print on the front of each box’s booklet the order size (10, 20, 40). What should have been self explanatory, was not to me, until I realized I was putting the incorrect tapes into the specific boxes, thus mixing up the chronological order I had prepared prior to receiving the boxes.

Films were 50 years old and were viewable

After 30,000 pictures copied by Legacybox with no errors I have no problem designating them as superior!!! I had purchased my legacy box and then had been such so I hadn't sent it in. I got on the Legacybox we site but couldn't find my order so I thought " well I wasted that money". I decided to contact them, after all what would they say but sorry. They worked with me to follow my the trail and honored my purchase with a small additional cost. I sent my pictures and videos in and have just received them. Wonderful job on all of my memories but the one that meant the most to me was my oldest daughter's wedding . I was so impressed with Legacy Box after having my first box complete that I immediately ordered and sent in my second box. They did a great job of copying my videos and it was done so quickly. I have shared the digitized videos with my family who were so excited to hear our parents voices again after all these year.
