I am extremely pleased with what I got from Legacybox. Before ordering, I read lots of reviews and checked out lots of companies. I felt like Legacybox was the best of all the options, but I had concerns about them based on old reviews that I had read. Some of those concerns dealt with slow service or lack of responses to issues. Not only did I have no issues, I was absolutely shocked at how fast and how good the service was. From the day I ordered the box until I had all the digital downloads and my own media returned to me was a couple weeks! Incredible. I am going to be using them again to do more and more work.

The videos appear to be decent. And it didn’t take very long to get them back. Price was nice with the special.

I could not believe how quickly the old reels were digitized! The quality is fantastic! Watching these memories together has brought so much joy to my dad and his siblings who are all in their 80's. This is the most precious gift you can give your loved ones!

I had multiple VHS tapes, and 5mm tapes digitized. I was informed every step of the process. They let me know the day they received the box of my memories, which was a great comfort since my parent's wedding tape was included. I was impressed by the box used to transport and loved being able to upcycle and use the same box for a second shipment. Overall, a perfect experience and highly recommended. Christmas will be a lot of fun this year watching videos I thought I'd never see again.

So far I have been satisfied with the service. Waiting for the USB and my videos to be returned. I did go online to see the videos already. Did have a problem with one of the files. I couldn't get it to play. That is why I rated as 4 stars. It was great getting to view these old movies of family and trips.

I purchased one of Legacybox's larger packages. I loved how the images and videos were so easy to see and download on their platform.

Easy process. Great output. Rapid turnaround

Extremely easy process to label prints, slides, movies, tapes, or anything else you want digitized. Process is efficient and they keep you notified about every step. Only thing that bothered me a couple of times was some digitized prints were crooked and some blank backs of prints were digitized. Everything else was a great experience!

I wanted the print photos scanned and am very pleased with the results. I was impressed with the speed at which it was done. I returned the photos on a Wednesday and by the following Tuesday I was looking at them online. That's fast and had the originals back by Friday.

So far, so good with quality and speed of service.

Under promise and over deliver should be the motto. It all happened quickly and at a fair price. Can't ask for more.
