We send 33 Hi-8 videos into LegacyBox. I was so nervous to do so because of the memories they held, but our transfer was done in record time (less than two weeks) and they look great! An email was sent stating that this time of year there is quick turn around on their transfers, and they were right! I called several times with questions, and each time my questions were answered fully, and the person I spoke to was very patient, kind and understanding. We are so blessed to have our memories viewable! I am expecting my return tapes to come back within the next few days.
