My order arrived intact, and on time. One can see the great quality of the grill pan. It was only the high cost which almost kept me from purchasing. But we don't BB! so much in the winter where we live, and this pan creates the next best steak, after the BBQ.

Never notified of my refund

It’s unfortunate there is no way to alter, cancel, redirect or edit your order once you click send. Package was unfortunately sent to the wrong address and resulted in delays despite emailing and attempting to cancel seconds after sending. Packaging was also unnecessarily bulky and expensive to redirect to my actual address - could certainly be more efficiently packaged.

Consistently superior product, convenient online shopping, quick delivery. Le Creuset is now my favourite gift to give.
