I was to take advantage of a Le Crueset online sales promotion. After carefully checking out the numerous size-of-pot offerings, the order process was very straightforward and the delivery of the product was efficient and on time, with numerous shipping updates communicated electronically.

My son asked for this for Christmas. He was happy to receive it. He has mentioned this several times over the last few months. He does a lot if cooking, so this works great.

I love the colour of this teapot “Provence”: a dreamlike lavender. Gorgeous. I use this teapot for herbal teas and the bright blue one for caffeinated teas. The purple reminds me of my grandmother whose garden stood full of wild purple flowers and whose house smelled of lavender. Please add more items to this line ! I would love storage and utensil jars from the Provence line as well as cereal bowls and plates.

Poor quality not worth thr price for the mini coccotte. Glaze had issues. To small for most things including dips or onion soup
